I haven't seen anything over here about elegant spins. So I thought id post it. I have won from their $100 welcome bonus. Which I had to wager like $4000 I believe. Verification literally took not longer than 5 minutes and then like 30 mins for the withdrawal of $50 which was the max to withdrawal from that bonus and I had to deposit $20. Now after that I got another no deposit bonus which I won from again, thinking perfect now I don't have to deposit to withdrawal this time. Oh no I had to deposit another $20 to withdrawal $50 again. Which makes no sense since I didn't have any other no deposit bonuses in between and on top the withdrawal took like 2 days this time. So mixed feelings but the beginning was awesome

I was emailed from this casino and offered 250 spins upon registration so I figured I'd give it a shot. 
the spins took me 2 days tbut complete and once completed I went to chat to ask what I need to do to withdraw this money. I was given a link to submit documents. I asked what the terms of the bonus were. I was told 40X wagering and max cash out was 50. 
I asked if there's a place within the site that I can view the things details myself and he told me that chat is available 24/7 and love to answer any more questions. 
even went back to ask if there is a max bet per hand with this bonus. 
I was told no. 
so I spend another 6 hours or more completing the wagering requirement.

I asked what the terms of this code are and not one time did anyone bother to mention that you must complete the wagering on the same game! I've never heard of such a thing. 
so I look at the email sent and nowhere does it say that the wagering must be on the same game as the spins. 
I think this is a bunch of BS and a way to get people to spend days at your site and not have tthe pay out when they win!!! I am steaming at the ears! So much time wasted on some shady shit!

Double checking the bonus details will not help a player here. Not in my experience. 
the 250 spins for signing up are on mystic wolves. Okay. Nowhere does it say that once those spins are complete that you can only play mystic wolves  

sure there are some games that will show zero balance and a seasoned player would know that those games aren't allowed but when you complete the spins how am I supposed to know that any other game played to complete the wagering will void withdraws!!! Nowhere does it say that and when some games show a balance playable and others don't then those are the ones you can and can't play. I've never heard of a casino give welcome spins to try them out and only allow one single game to be played!!!! Why the hell would I have spent 2 days completing the spins and another day to complete the wagering and knowingly void my winnings playing a different game?!?
