Has anyone uses a Walmart green dot card with success?

I am thinking of getting a green dot walmart card for depositing because I don't want to use a different card everytime I deposit online, but not sure if they are any better than other cards. Input and opinions are appreciated.

They cut me off 4 yrs ago because I was using it for gambling.

Now what I don't like about the greendot is they want your personal info. The nonreloadable cards provide anonyminty so they can't tell whose doing what because here you can only use cash to purchase them.

Well, I was using mine for gambling only. Never had it rejected. The only drawback was a $3 load fee, a monthly fee of $3 and then there were "Forigen Transaction fees" which also added (Later) to the expense of the card.

That's alot of fees. I pay $3.95 each time I buy a PP from walgreens, but you don't have the monthly or international fees. That is something to consider.

There are a lot of cards out there you can use now.  Try Bank Freedom Visa, you can get two of them and you can transfer from one card to another when you have two.

There is a prepaid debit and prepaid visa card war going on, it should be an advantage to the consumer. 

I have a blog that i started with all the cards that are working, I have tested them.  I also look at the back of the card and see if it has the same info, and I check the customer agreement, if it is a duplicate of the other one, I know it works.
