  • Hi All,
I have an interesting question regarding the coice that you make when deciding where to deposit my money.
When i look for a casino, i dont just look at the best bonus or the games they let me play.
I look for a well respected casino i can trust! i want to know that the casino has a great costumer support and and a vip manager that will answer me right away.
want to know what is the time frame that i will get my money back if i win...

What are your terms for picking and playing a casino?

  • that basically covers what i look for in a casino wink

  • HI Shawn,

Those are the ideal qualities that all casinos should have. The problem is we don't know this until we try it out and learn the hard way if they are lousy. I think bonuses are very important initially when signing up for the first time.

I don't think i have ever played at a casino for the first time that didn't offer me a bonus. Once i become a regular at a casino i don't take the bonuses all the time. It is 50/50 on taking bonuses for me.

I also always take player feedback into consideration before choosing to play there or not.

  • Moreover, casinos imo are a people business.  There should be plenty of human interaction, whether it is (friendly) customer service, emails/updates about promotions or even tournaments involving other players.  The more interactions a player has with a person (staff or another player) from that casino the better (and more likely I will deposit.)

  • I try to play at casinos that have the following:

    - software I enjoy playing and feel the risk is worth the reward
    - good customer service (e.g online chat) and friendly and knowledgeable CS.  Do not take a long time to respond to chat or inquiry by phone
    - fair play (casinos can have both the above, but if I can never win there then neither really matter)
    - reasonable payout time and limit
    - variety of deposit and payout methods

Also, something I'm seeing from the English Harbor group of casinos is something I really like.  They have a VIP program where you redeem earned points for things like Amazon gift cards.  I much rather have something like this than redeem points and just lose them in the casino.
