    My spouse doesn't gamble online,however I do.No one else in my home does.I have a floating ip address and went to bingosky.com and actually signed up,and was about to make a deposit just now and they said they CLOSED my account b/c they had another account from the same ip!? It's not like as if I am using a free chip ect and cashing out! I only played the chip given now I am about to deposit and BOOM they tell me my account is closed!? Any suggestions here?

    The same thing happened to me a couple of times. They closed my account because of the duplicate accounts and it was the first time I opened it. I didn't have multiple accounts.

    Have you contacted them via support and explained that you have a dynamic IP?

    @drtheolen, I found this very interesting.  Hope you don't mind me stickin my nose in someone elses topic, but how do you define a dynamic IP address and how will that allow them to have their accounts reopened.

    Well majority of people have one unique IP adress, called static. But some have dynamic IP, which means each time you connect to internet your ISP gives you one adress, but it can be different one each time you connect. One can easily check it out on whatismyip.com or on similar sites.

    I cannot say it will surely result in reopening of the account, but it is worth a try. If dynamic IP is to blame, that is. It may just happen mamagotit has the account already but cannot recall he already opened one :)
