I simply just wanted to give kudos to this casino and their services. I am a fairly new player (at this particular casino) and so I decided to give it a shot with the be of their FS bonuses. I was successful and proceeded to cashout the max of $50.00. I had some hiccups along the way but throughout the entire process, their customer support was by far the best I've ever received from any casino this far. I received each follow up email within a 5 minute time frame, every time!! And once all was done and cashout was successfully confirmed and processed I noticed it hadn't gone through on my end. This is the part when things usually take a turn for the worst, but surprisingly that didn't happen. I logged back into the casino and clicked on the chat bubble where it connected me (via live chat) with a customer service agent by the name of Nathan. Not only did he provide speedy responses, but he even took the time to help me access the blockchain and find my pending transaction with my crypto address and did so in such a friendly and patient manner!! I know this post is becoming long winded but we as a society are so quick to take time to write complaints about all of our negative experiences yet never do the same to compliment or show gratitude for any of the positive ones. So Nathan, wherever/whoever you are, I thank you and I appreciate you. It's customer service reps like yourself that still give me faith and unfortunately y'all don't get enough recognition for what you do (and for what I'm sure you have to tolerate) from many players/customers all day, everyday!!
