What about my balance, bonus or loyalty points?

Will my username and password change?
Your username and password will remain the same, unless your chosen username already exists at Roxy Palace. If xxxxxxx is not available, we’ll migrate your account with a prefix added to the username. If you are unsuccessful logging in with xxxxxxx please try again with Ned_xxxxxxxxxx. If you continue to have problems logging in, please contact us for assistance.
I already have an account at Roxy Palace – what does this mean?
As per our terms and conditions, it’s not permitted to have multiple accounts at any of our casino brands.
