  • Vegas Aces download software crashes a lot. I reinstalled it twice--could not access the slots, sometimes would not let me log on--and "errors on the server" messages all the time.
  • either "Jack the live support guy" has no idea what he is talking about or this casino is rogue .
    I played the ND bonus ( the same way i played nd bonuses on other RIVAL casinos ) . I won playing slots , so maximum cashout is 81$ or something like that . I contacted support , and asked why the moneybookers withdraw won`t work ( they told me that the techs are looking into it , the other day )
    So today i tried to cash out , i sent my scanned id and stuff , and the guy from live support told me that i can`t withdraw via moneybookers , because i never deposited . So i said ok ... ill deposit the minimum ammount , no problem ( thinking that its like standard procedure on all rival casinos ) Ok ... looks like i was wrong . Support told me that i can`t fund my account if i curently have funds ( i was like wtf idea ) So basically he told me that i can`t cash out .

    Anyway ... try to stay away ... and be careful if you decide to use your own money ...

  • I'm not too trusting of this casino as of yet.  I had trouble downloading but finally succeeded.  Then my account was locked out.  Contacted chat and one of the things they asked me for was my password.  I gave it to them only because I never use the same password anywhere.  Then I had no promo available either.  Chat told me it's because of a tech issue with the servers. anyone who was opening an account at the same time their server crashed is having the same issues I did.  Is anyone else having this much trouble with this place?

  • I tried Vegas Aces.  Had *lots* of problems with "connecting with server"--as the error message read.  Sometimes I couldn't log on, when I could the game choices weren't there...then there were the error messages while I was playing the games.  Moreover there were the same problems after uninstalling and re-installing the software twice.  Could not wait to end the experience!

    They asked me for scanned ID twice already ... im getting sick and tired .
    and oh well ... 48 hrs passed , nothing ...

    the guy from live support actually asks you for your password to check your account ( i mean its ok , it`s the support guy , but i dont remember any other casino doing that ) They should have that info ... anyway too many irregularities if you ask me ...

    whats next ? Jack will ask me for my Moneybookers account password ? hahah
