Online vs Land

Hello fellow LCB'ers! My curiosity has me asking today : Online casinos vs Land casinos, which do you prefer? In the beginnings i was only Land casinos 100 %. I did not trust online casinos at all! Then the "c" word related to a cold that closed half the world happened, and i started appreciating the accessability and proximity, given it right in your livung room, online casinos had to offer. But after 5 years of playing online and so many horrible online experiences ( often with stuff that would never fly at land casinos) i have been back to my first love and exploring new and going back to old casinos in the land casino world and appreciating the service so much more and the experiences all in all. I feel like a lot of online casinos should go back to basics and start treating people like they do in the land casinos, because so often, the support people have no idea what they doing, and it feels like once they have your money in pocket do not care whatsoever about customer service and always find a way to blame the player even if it is most lame excuses ever, that even the same person face to face would not be able to do keeping a straight face, just blatantly lie and make up shit so its always the players fault! What is your take on this?

Online casinos are super convenient, no doubt, but yeah, the level of service can really be hit or miss. When you're face-to-face, people treat you like a human, not just a username and balance. I’d love to see more online platforms raise their standards such as better support, clearer terms, and more transparency overall.

Until then, I’ll keep mixing it up

I like land casinos much better. As you stated above I too have had some recent bad experiences online. I hate the hoops you have to jump through online even though it is more convient to play from home. Some of my regular casinos i played at before i was loyal to one place for about 15 or so years have went down hill. Everything has changed so much and i can either keep up or be left in the dust. I have never been one to online casino jump (maybe when i was new decades ago) now i try to find just a few good places to play at. I do not think i will ever go back to the other casino i was so loyal at. I just got tired of how things were going. I have found a few places i nickle and dime at when i feel up to it now. Overall land casinos would be my pick.
