Orca Spins Straight Stealing

This casino group for the longest has been consistently utilizing some of the SHADIEST business practices in the online gaming industry and I've taken it for not wanting to be in the casino's good graces, but I no longer can sit on the sidelines and allow this casino group to operate in a manner that if given a grade by the Better Business Bureau, they would get a straight F.

This casino denied verifying my account on Orca Spins when I wanted to make a withdrawal and it blamed it on me providing documentation that wasn't clear, didn't for their criteria and the like.

But the very same documents that I provided was good enough to get my account approved and verified with another of their casino's group, Ronin Slots, less than 15 hours before using the same email and the same username on that site that I had on Orca Spins.

And I mean had because they casino deactivated my account on Orca Spins without even letting me know after emailing me telling me I had to take a video showing my residence and where I took my selfies.

This doesnt even take into account I only use crypto deposits so why is my personal bank account information being pushed for goes beyond me.

This is why I ask for my account to be verified before I make deposits but I am told that account verification only begins after a withdrawal request is initiated.

This is just an excuse for the casino to take players lost deposits and then when it comes time to cash out, the other games begin and that's their B.S. of stonewalling, scaming, and stealing.

And with the same Ronin Slots, I was awarded the code RON-WEEKEND after 3 hours of back and forth to verify that account.

Then, I redeemed another coupon and was denied withdraw from that one. So if I had made a withdrawal request from the RON-WEEKEND my winnings was just going to be denied?

Then what was the point of approving the code anyways?
 

AND My account with SlotoTribe was denied being reactived after I had it up to here with their B.S. and needed to decompress from the B.S. and the lying and straight up scamming.

They straight up stopped awarding me COMP points for no reason but because they can. 

I have email transcripts, back and forths that will put this casino group to shame.

If you take a look at my account history, you'll see that I made a transaction in the form of a crypto deposit in the amount of $520.15

The next transaction listed is when I received Cashback from my lost clean deposit 3 hours after I made the deposit Im referencing to above.

So during the time the deposit was credited to my account to when my cashback was credited to my account, those 3 hours of real, clean money wagering should've given me at minimum 15,000 points because my balance was as high $1,500 and brought to below $100 before bringing it back up to $1500 and ultimately played all those funds until my balance was under $1, the amount required in order for any coupons attached to my balance are removed due to insufficient funds.

Just because I lose money playing on the casino's site that means I am a dumb ass.

What you just explained to me clearly shows that the casino removed the ability for my account to accrue COMP points, just like the casino has the ability to restrict my ability to redeem coupon codes.

Play made with funds that have already fully completed wagering requirements from a deposit bonus

Gameplay made using active bonus funds, free chips, cashback bonuses, or balances with wagering still attached does not generate COMP Points.

Based on a full review of your account, the COMP Points currently reflected on your profile accurately correspond to the play generated from your clean deposits. While your overall wagering volume was high, a significant portion of that play did not qualify for COMP Point accumulation under the system rules.

I completely understand how this can feel confusing or unfair if the distinction isn’t clearly communicated, and I’m sorry if that expectation wasn’t properly set.

This casino group is full of crap 

I want to be able to withdraw my account. Balance that I earned legitly by playing their out of this world playthrough requirements only to be stonewalled because they can. 

Stop scamming, stop stealing. Im not deposit money and a form of donation. I do my part but the casino can't help but do it's part and be a casino and change the rules and odds in real time.

I've never heard of orca or ronin slots, but I have heard of sloto tribe, and I know the family of slots they belong to, eternal, detective, etc and I've never had a positive experience in that group. I'm sorry to hear what you're going through and I hope you can withdraw without a problem. if you do have an issue, I know the folks here at LCB are able to mediate disputes between casinos and clients and if for some reason they are not unable to help you, casino guru helped me out before I knew LCB existed. no casino should be able to stop you from withdrawing money you rightfully earned as long as it wasn't wasn't attached to a bonus

Thank you Chris. And Im not a new to this. I can tell you know what's up based off of denying withdrawal request if a player has not followed the teams and conditions of using deposit coupons or freebies that have max bet limits or allowed/disallowed games.

That's why it is so frustrating to know that I followed everything to a T only to be denied in the end. Jumping through hoops, wasting my time, making em believe that if I did this, all will be well only to be left on read. They were replying to my emails within half an hour and now it's been over 5 hours and no reply.

You're certainly not alone, and I will bypass the initial banter at this point because it appears that you're well-versed. I will offer this bit of info; If you have ever successfully completed the account verification process for one of the casino sister sites, you simply need to email Mr. O Casino Support (personal message me and I'll provide an additional contact to copy) with your account information from the verified casino site and make a $10 deposit, which will be included in your withdrawal request. 

Like you mentioned, I have made a habit of verifying before I deposit. You are correct that this casino group will only begin the verification process when you request a payout. After being denied once one one of the sister sites, I quickly contacted Mr. O and they were able to resolve the matter. 

The matter was resolved, but I believe only after I notifiied them that i was making a complaint. Begging for my winnings isnt something i feel i should be doing.

I agree, i also think that if you cant collect the winnings Becks shove had too many "bonuses", then why doesn't the caribou have a fail safe, such as "DON'T OFFER ME THE FREE SPINS" and whatnot... that feels like entrapment!
