  • Th websie seems slow got alot of timeouts.  Once I was able to register I got the $150 chip. I was lucky to ake the playthrough and sent the kyc documents into the casino sunday night.. I am waiting for them to be approved.

  • It's been 7 days nothing. When I reached out to support via email, I was told i didn't make a deposit so that's why I didn't get any. So that implies that the daily rewards is up and running so when am I going to get mine and then some for being patient????

  • No, this casino is simply trash and if they are denying daily rewards retroactively because they didn't have there crap together, this casino is shady, tight slots, and lags and glitches that would put the matrix to shame.

    THIS IS WHY NO DEPOSIT WELCOME BONUSES ARE SO IMPORTANT!

    Trying very hard to reserve judgment unitl after our dispute is addressed (IF it is) and, if it is, how they responded/conducted themselves.

    Live support is limited in what issues they can solve and didn't expect them to be able help. Live support is like the Insurance employee that denies all inital claims - knowing many won't appeal.

     

    Regardless, I'm not visiting online casinos to purchase a big headache from Miss Betty Wins.

  • Miss Betty Wins is never going to get married. The same support reps are from the Extreme Casino because I recognize some of their names from having to reach out on their other sites for matters.

    Well be sure to reward your loyalty my butt! Daily Rewards was being promoted DESPITE them admitting the feature wasn't active SO WHY NOT WAIT TILL IT IS? NO, because that's false advertisement. I still had pending transactions till I received those Daily Rewards, but the casino wants to be dismissive. Once they got your money, I'm surprised they let players proceed to try to win something. That's why their Daily and weekly withdrawal amounts are so low. The casino's site was set up to simply be a money grab. Bonus Blitz was sketch; Betty Wins is straight up dark alley, the kind you'd find in Chinatowns.

  • I do apologize lcb.org, but I am requesting your assistance in helping me get BettyWins Casino to pay me my winnings that I should have received, but rather than give me what I rightfully won, the casino decided to close my account.

    I had been persistent in holding Betty Wins Casino accountable for promoting Daily Rewards as an active feature on their casino, yet when it came time to dole out the promotion that they prominently advertised, it turns out that the feature in question was not active.

    Thanks to this platform, I was finally able to receive my delayed daily rewards. 

    I then proceeded to win enough to meet the minimum withdrawal requirements after satisfying all wagering requirements.

    The whole time I have been playing at Betty Wins Casino, I made all my deposits using cryptocurrency and every time I would email support regarding any updates on when I was going to be receiving my backdated Daily Rewards, I would also reply to their indifferent correspondence by pointing out why when referring to me by name, they would refer to me by a name that is found nowhere on my email address nor in the information I provided the casino.

    The response to my request to stop disrespecting me by referring to me by a name other than what I have shared is that's because that's the name that's in my email reply, when it clearly wasn't.

    This lead me to believe and confirm that Betty Wins Casino is another casino operated by the Extreme Casino group of casinos such as Brango, Limitless, Pacific Spins, etc. because that is the name I had on file with them.

    I disregarded this annoying aspect of my interaction with the casino until, to my amazement, I was being asked to verify my account before I could make a withdrawal.

    Again, my deposits had all been strictly utilizing crypto, so I dont know why I had to verify my account to initiate a withdrawal.

    Why not ask me to verify my account before the casino accepts my money? 

    Anywho, it's their casino, their rules, so I follow their steps.

    I provide and upload pictures of the front and back of my driver's license as well as a selfie of me holding my document via the link that was provided to me by support via chat and I also emailed these documents to banking@bettywins.com. support@bettywins.com, management@bettywins.com, everybody could get it, give me my money!

    24 hours or so after I did all that, I receive an email requesting that i provide current identificaiton because the documents I had provided were expired.

    Whoops!
     

    That clearly was an oversight on my behalf since I simply submitted documents that had previously been accepted by this casino group allowing me to proceed with making withdrawals.

    So, I went ahead and did so via the same methods and portals as I had the previous documents that obviously had come across the right people in charge of giving accounts the green light.

    A couple of hours had passed and I was getting a bit restless as to whether or not I would have to wait another 24 hours for a reply regarding the status of the new documents I had submitted and if it passed the banking department's liking, so I decided to just log into my account on Betty Wins Casino and see if I could make a withdrawal or not.

    To my horror, I entered my credentials exactly as I had always done, only to see the message "login restricted."

    What the hell?

    I instantly emailed all the emails associated with bettywins.com in my address book regarding this B.S. and was informed that my account had been permanently disabled because of fake and expired documents.

    That's fucking nonsense!
     

    If they were fake, how come I was given a chance to provide another set of documents to verify my identity?

    How come I wasn't just banned right then and there?

    Then, they added more nonsense stating that I had multiple accounts. Well, how come I wasn't provide proof said accounts?

    I, at the very least, would like the money that i had requested to withdrawa;. That money is mine. How dare the casino take my money and once i try to make a withdrawal for less than the total amount of my deposits, have my account permanently banned?
     

    My email correspondence with the casino and the back and forth regarding this matter is my proof and evidence of their thieving ways.

    AT THE VERY LEAST, EVERYONE BE WARNED THAT THIS CASINO IS A PIECE OF SHIT AND THEY WOULD SELL THEIR OWN MOTHERS FOR A COUPLE OF DOLLARS.

    THE CASINO'S CONDUCT VALIDATES WHY PEOPLE REFUSE TO PLAY ONLINE BECAUSE OF THESE DECEPTIVE SNAKES AND THEIR ATTITUDES THATTHEY CAN DO WHATEVER THEY WANT AND WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT LITTLE BITCH BESIDES CRY AND COMPLAIN?

  • Iwas ble to get the $50.00 Had to deposit 15 before they wouldrelease the funds. But since that I made the deposit I was elligible for another $30 chip.  whic I was also able to cash out $50 from.  I think it is important to note that both cashouts I HAD AN ACTUAL BALANCE or ~$700

     

  • I just recently discovered the Betty Wins Casino. I was actually surprised when I came across it. Of course, I did sign up but only after doing my due diligence through LCB 😉 I will say that I won on their free coupon which was a $20 max cash out. I was surprised to see their minimum withdrawal was only $20! They also have a better system for the comp points you earn, you can redeem them for spins or chips and they're fairly discounted. I wish the sister casino's would adopt this method.

  • I have to say I played with my 1st deposit of $50 with the 150% no rules chip. Stopped at $200. Requested withdrawal. Instructed to email docs to verify me. Sent docs around 5:30 pm. By 7a.m. next morning, docs were verified and withdrawal was approved and in my account before 8 a.m. By far the fastest, easiest withdrawal I have ever experienced. Customer support was very kind, and actually told me it could take a few days to process docs. So to see everything finished in less than 12hrs was freaking awesome! Bety Wins gets an A+ in my book!

I've been wrong a few times in my complaints not realizing I've paid a bonus months before and stuff like that.   • Everyone should stay FAR FAR away from BettyWins. I've never posted nor complained about a casino before, but this situation definitely warrants everybody hearing how this company scams its customers.

    This began a few days ago when I won a $27k jackpot from a no deposit bonus. I understood the max cashout is $50 for a no deposit chip, so I knew the balance would be reduced. This was upsetting, but justified. I then verified my account which took several days, in order to withdraw my $50.

    I deposited $16 via crypto as a "verification deposit" in order to withdraw the $50. The deposit never showed up in my balance. I inquired with support, they said I had to withdraw the 50 first. So I withdrew the $50 via ETH. I expected as they advertised, an "instant withdrawal." 

    I played through my $16 deposit and ended with a balance of $140. 

    Still no $50 withdrawal after a couple hours and it hadn't even been processed yet. I decided to withdraw $100 of my winnings the same way.

    I then read that BTC withdrawals would be instant, not ETH. So I meant to cancel my $100 withdrawal and try again via BTC. I mistakedly clicked the wrong button and canceled the original $50 withdrawal, leaving me with a balance of $90. I decided I may as well just withdraw the full amount (this is $50 from the bonus, plus $40 of MY OWN winnings).

    Upon coming back to my account, $140 was removed, and a $50 withdrawal was processed. I was told I violated some terms by using the bonus $50 and playing with it. I did not make even ONE bet when going through this withdrawal process with canceling the first withdrawal, so I'm not sure what they were talking about.

    It was a simple mistake, canceling the wrong withdrawal, and confusion of their withdrawal process and "instant withdrawals." I understand the max cashout for the no deposit bonus was $50, but I had another $140 in there from my deposit and winnings, for a total of $190. It shouldn't matter how I chose to withdraw these amounts, I did not use bonus funds to withdraw more than the allowed $50.

    Not only did they remove my $140 in winnings, but also removed my initial deposit. So they basically STOLE my verification deposit along with my fairly earned winnings. I've contacted support several times to discuss, and they told me to email support for a manager to review. This was 5 days ago. 3 emails later and I haven't heard anything back. SAVE YOUR MONEY, they will do whatever they can to gouge you any way possible, including confiscating money you put in for no reason at all.

  • I have seen so many complaints about this casino it makes me not want to try them out. What is going on with the way some casinos are doing this now like it is the norm. 

  • I feel like there is nothing but issues with Betty Wins. First they refused me an $800 plus win because they said I used a game that was restricted... we all know that when a game is restricted, you can't get into it. Now, I make a deposit and wait and wait for it to show, only to find out from support chat that their Processor is down and to "check back later" How about give me my money back so I can deposit it where I can actually play? 

    Id actually fall over with heart failure if they actually compensated their players for their constant screw ups.
