    I want to share my experience with Sun Palace Casino and ask a public question about how bonus eligibility is enforced.

    My 800 USD withdrawal was voided after I used a bonus that was accepted by the casino system and completed the wagering requirements.
    After the wagering was completed, my KYC/account verification was also approved without issues. Only after I requested the withdrawal did the casino void the winnings, referring to terms related to consecutive free bonuses and country eligibility.
    My main concern is not whether bonus terms exist. My concern is that the system allowed the bonus, gameplay, wagering completion and KYC verification to proceed normally, but the restriction was enforced only at the withdrawal stage.
    The case was previously reviewed by other site and closed unresolved. I also submitted a PAB through other site, which was closed after the casino maintained its Terms & Conditions position.
    Sun Palace later replied publicly on Trustpilot that gameplay and player activity are audited after a withdrawal request is submitted. That is exactly my concern.
    If the player was not eligible, why did the system allow the bonus, gameplay, wagering completion and approved KYC before voiding the withdrawal?
    I am posting this so other players can be careful with bonus eligibility and consecutive bonus rules at this casino.
