SUPERIOR Casino! High Five!!

I would like to take a minute to tell you all the wonderful experiences I have had at Superior Casino. I've been a depositing player there now for about 2 years or so. I've always had flawless support. I've also won and withdrawn quite a few times! The last time that I withdrew was last week, not only did I win off a free chip, my withdrawals were processed in a day!! 

They have amazing Match Bonuses and if you are a depositing player, you get a lot of Free Chips and Free Spins! I took a chance here and deposited after winning a big amount on a free chip. Now, I deposited here regularly! 

I also had an issue recently with a Bitcoin deposit that got lost in the System somehow. How did they respond? First they gave me a free 25 dollars no strings attached! No play-through or wagering! Secondly, when my deposit was found, they put it right into my account! 

Thanks to all of the Support there! Joseph, Sam, Max, Pascal, they are all wonderful! Maybe not everyone has had the same experience as I have here, but my experience with this casino has been amazing!

Good customer support, speedy withdrawals, quick documents approval is definitely a bare minimum for any good casino, IMHO.

I'm impressed with your feedback and I'm hoping that the experience I just had with them will be different after the first withdrawal!  My first withdrawal and KYC verification took a long 11 days.  I'll try Superior one more time based on the above feedback and see how it goes.

My first withdrawal took more than a week as well. After that, much faster! My last withdrawal was processed in a day! Can't ask for more than that! 

I promise any issues you have they will address them, ASAP! I've always had nothing, but positive experiences with their support. They take their time and help you with what you need.

I just felt the need to clarify something as well to everyone. I don't make big deposits. I always make the minimum deposit of $25 dollars and claim a match bonus. I also do not deposit weekly. More like monthly. 

So I am not a "High Roller" by any means, and I still get VIP treatment there.

I feel if a Casino goes above and beyond to help, they deserve recognition.

I would just like you all to know, that once again Superior came through for me!

I had a misunderstanding with a Customer Service agent. I email Pascal, the Casino host. He not only messaged me back in less than a day, but he also credit my account with a $20 free chip with wagering of course. Also 50 free spins!

They come out shining through and through! Every time I have had an issue, they have fixed it for me. No hesitations at all!
