  • I am trying to withdrawal now for over 2 weeks. I have verified my identity... however Im constantly getting my KYC documents kicked back to verify my address. Reason being that the utility bill I submitted(with my name and address clearly present) says "invoice statement" rather than "bill." I think this is sort of ridiculous as no bill I have with my name and address says exaclty what youre looking for??

  • Hi Nancy,

    It has been over 2 weeks since I requested my withdrawal, and around 2 weeks exactly that my KYC cleared.   I am not getting a response via the payouts email, and the on-site chat is givng generic responses about just waiting longer with no actual insight. 

    I would appreciate your help in getting what is a very small withdrawal of $100 completed.

    The maximum time to process the first withdrawal is 21 days.

  • I appreciate the response, but why wouldn't they give me that information themselves?   The below email is one of the times I was told a different time frame.
