  • I am trying to withdrawal now for over 2 weeks. I have verified my identity... however Im constantly getting my KYC documents kicked back to verify my address. Reason being that the utility bill I submitted(with my name and address clearly present) says "invoice statement" rather than "bill." I think this is sort of ridiculous as no bill I have with my name and address says exaclty what youre looking for??

    It has been over 2 weeks since I requested my withdrawal, and around 2 weeks exactly that my KYC cleared.   I am not getting a response via the payouts email, and the on-site chat is givng generic responses about just waiting longer with no actual insight. 

    I would appreciate your help in getting what is a very small withdrawal of $100 completed.

  • I appreciate the response, but why wouldn't they give me that information themselves?   The below email is one of the times I was told a different time frame.

    Sign up through LCB , Did the verification process , one of my welcome bonus and it's now been almost a month they've asked me for my Bitcoin address five times this is one of those casinos where they just take people's money and don't pay anybody. Do not play here do not ever play here I've had nothing but problems initially I signed up play the games had a good time $100 and now I've it's like pulling nails to get anybody to even pretend like they know what you're talking about all they do is ask you for your Bitcoin address over and over again don't answer any of your emails and they definitely don't pay so do not play here and if Nancy if this is your one of the representatives trying to help people you need to go over there and make sure everybody in that payment department is fired why would it take a team of people to pay $100 bill that takes clearly 5 to 10 minutes to do I

  • i signed up at 123vegas and got a free chip and it had 3000 dollars play through, i got the playthrough and requested my bitcoin withdrawal. they will not pay it, its been over a month i just keep getting responses that they are taking care of it and wait for a response and there is still no response. i actually have over 2000 dollars sitting in my balance to play. dont play at this casino because they wont pay you. i am kyc verified and have been since the withdrawal request.

  • i sent it, also my withdrawal request was done on feb 7th and that is well over the 21 day withdrawal process for 1st time withdrawals.
