Hello Cookie17,
Thank you for your update. Regarding the requested information, I have received absolutely zero communication or resolution from 1xBet.
To expose the absolute chaos, deception, and fraudulent deflections being used by 1xBet to withhold my funds, please note how they are giving entirely different and contradictory instructions depending on where I complain:
1. On Official Emails: They tell me to communicate only with retail@1xbet-team.com, yet they keep me in total silence for nearly a month.
2. On Trustpilot: 1xBet publicly replied to my review falsely claiming that I am an 'affiliate' and instructed me to email an entirely different, fake department at support@partners1xbet.com. I am a legitimate, regular player who deposited my own money; I have absolutely nothing to do with their affiliate program.
3. Providing Fake/Invalid Emails: When I actually attempted to email the address they provided on Trustpilot, the email bounced back immediately. I received an official Google "Message not delivered" notification showing that support@partners1xbet.com is completely invalid or inactive. They are publicly deflecting complaints by giving fake email addresses to look cooperative.
4. On Live Chat: Their support channels are completely contradictory. On 24/05/2026, an agent named Mitchelle gave me specific email instructions, only to say "I apologize for the mix-up" minutes later, proving that even their internal support cannot give consistent answers.
They are spinning me in endless circles—sending me from security to retail, and now to fake affiliate support—hoping I will give up on my funds. Their continuous silence to my official emails is clear proof that they have no intention of honoring their obligations.
I trust LCB will take this persistent lack of cooperation and bad-faith behavior into account as you continue to investigate this case. I am ready to provide any further proof needed to show that I am being unfairly targeted.
Hello Okay6bd0,
Thank you for your patience.
We have received confirmation from the casino representative that, since you were registered as one of their agents, you should contact their affiliate support team directly at retail@1xbet-team.com.
As they advised:
"Please ask the user to send an email to the contact details provided above and await a reply."
Since you mentioned that you have already contacted them, we kindly ask you to send another email to the address above. We will also inform the casino representative that you have done so.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you further with this complaint because, as previously explained, this is not a standard player dispute. According to the information available, you were registered as a 1xBet agent.
As you also stated in your previous communication with our moderator:
"I was a MobCash Agent for 1xBet. To open my agent account, I personally deposited 146,000 MAD as my business capital."
Although you later converted the account into a personal one in order to withdraw your funds, this matter is still related to your affiliate/agent account rather than a regular player account. The funds in question were not generated through online casino play or sports betting, which is why the casino continues to direct you to their affiliate support team.
Regarding the email address you believe is inactive, we took a closer look and noticed a discrepancy. According to the information provided on Trustpilot, the correct email address is support@partners1xbet.com. However, the email you shared shows that you contacted support@1xbetpartners.com.
We believe this was an honest mistake, but it appears the email was sent to the wrong address. We recommend sending your inquiry again to the correct affiliate support email and awaiting their response.
As this matter falls outside the scope of a standard player complaint, we are unable to provide any further assistance through our complaint system.
