    On Thursday evening we had an unscheduled downtime for the first time since the servers were updated several months ago. The issue was solved during the night but for some players, the site was down for a while longer. Everything should be working flawlessly now.

  • More than 2 months of struggling with the casino to get my money and nothing… So, I won 810 EUR at 21.com, it was the beginning of March. So, I claimed my withdrawal but the money never arrived in my account…. The money disappeared from my account though. I called the bank where they told me there was no money coming from the bank. I sent the casino the bank statement proving there was no money in my account. In some time I called my bank again since the casino told me they made the transfer but I got nothing…. I asked my bank for the advice in this situation - the bank told me I should ask for the electronic payment receipt. The casino never replied to this though. The casino asks me about the ARN number, but you can only get it if there is a transaction and there was none. No transfer - no transaction - no ARN number. I try to explain this to the casino but this is just pointless and more than 2 months…. I just feel that the casino does not want to pay, this is the reason...

    I sent you the message via the email. I would need the bank intermediary who actually made the transfer of funds to my Mexican bank account. Othervise, due to a complicated procedure of transfers in Mexico, I will not be able to trace the transactionb.

    Made 3 deposits with mastercard of total 1000 Euro. Won 7000 Euro and made a test withdrawal to my credid card of 50 Euro on 3.April 2020. Only a small amount because i often have problems with receiving money to my card.

    Payment was approved on 4.April but never reached my credidcard (as expected). Today is the 21. April. The 50 Euro are lost, live chat always says i have to be patient till finacial deparmtent replies, they tell me this since over 10 days.

    Problem is that im sitting on a 6950 euro balance and cant withdraw. tried it with alternate method like trustly but alwas gets rejected because i didnt deposit with trustly. withdrawal and deposit has to be the same but obiously it doesnt work. Sended in all proofs and bank statements that the 50 euro are missing and asked for an alterntative option. but no answers!!!

    I activated after my win a deposit and loss limit, so that i cant lose it all. Would also deposit a small amount of 25 euro with trustly if it would help, but i cant because of the limit.

    Please help me in this case.

  • They contacted me again today, asked me to change my withdrawal method to bank transfer just before they requested my bank statements for additional verifications that they approved. Then canceled withdrawals again saying i mixed up numbers while they just had my entire bank statement with all the informations which was just useless delay again as after all this, i thought i was safe there and lost thousands just thinking when i hit i'll be good... so definitly not going to play more before i see the money. I told them i tried to fix the numbers and gave them agin through email and mentionned they had the bank statements too anyway so their finance department shouldnt have problems to proceed. Now that we are the week-end i guess they are going to make me sit and wait for days again... But as i slowed down my deposits and play a lot since all these problems it seems like they moving a bit faster but nothing is sent or approved yeet and i have been waiting for days already so i'll see how it goes.

    It's just sad that i play btc sites and other places that are considered less "safe" and i play in places like justspin exactly for the reputation and "safety" reasons... To get to that point is just sad as yeah the cashout there is big... but i lost thousands and thousands in deposit and lost 2-3k balances multiple times trying to break the ceiling i had on 3k balance .. over and over so it's not like i deposited 20$ and just broke the place. It was obvious at this rate i would eventually go up or something was wrong hehe as i was pushing day after day not counting the money hehe. So well i'll see if all goes fine and i'm told in the future things will run ok then i'll go back to my previous habits. tyvm for the help and sorry for my language sometimes.. when i lose tens of thousadns and then wake up to all my cashouts all acting weird with extra useless documents requests and attempt at stalling payment.. all together all within 1h timeframe it's really.. well.. hard to stay just nice and all.

  • Alright they are not going any better, they are constantly cancelling my withdrawals making up bullshit about missing number, wrong order.. even if i told them the exact numbres and they have my god dam bank statement with all coordinates. I'm done being nice.. im tired.. tomorrow im calling a lawyer and starting procedures. This fraud as lasted long enough... all these casinos stalling, cheating, lying... It's time for me to finish the story. Time to do something else... Im not even going back to the site or even request cashout again they cancel every single time everyday... it's useless they are fraudulent and refuse to pay the winners... If they don't flip asap i'll have to call my credit card and call the fraud. They took my deposits without any intentions of paying winnings... it's fraud. I'm just completly done trying to even be nice or talk.. they are just acting up on purpose whatever i do or say is a complete waste of time.
