  • Hi, We have been exceptionally friendly with the player trying to help resolve the problem even with the abuse given to staff, The first problem was after player had deposited and played at the casino he then emailed mailed and asked for bonus after credit was used. All bonuses are activated upon sign up or in the offers page within the player profile. Even though this was not the case we decided to credit him the bonus anyhow. 

    The player the made a second deposit played through credit then sent us another mail, We explained as previously before bonuses need to be taken before funds are played this is to protect ourselves from bonus abuse. he was also given this bonus too. 

    The promotion page mentioned is about up and coming bonuses which currently there are none.

  • As you can see a bonus was given after yet after another abusive message to the staff who are only trying to help, (1st page of this thread also more abuse) The other bonus was given after multiple offensive and abusive messages trying to bully the customer service team into giving out free money making threats. This was after balance was spent, bonuses are meant to be taken before. yet we gave extra cash after player had spent balance. 

    This is the only player with this problem there are also duplicate accounts opened using a VPN though we have other methods to check. 

    I would post the messages player has sent but it's language would offend most. And we do not and have not shared any data with any other casinos. if you have been banned there also then perhaps it's due to your behavoiur. 

    Effectively player is still complaining about bonuses that he got that he was not entitled to, We reguarly give our free bonuses to our players but never under abuse and threats this is not the way to act.
