  • I am filing a complaint against Allstars.io for confiscating my $2,000 balance and failing their responsible gaming duties.

I previously permanently self-excluded my first account from this platform due to gambling addiction. Despite this active ban, the casino allowed me to easily open a new account and accepted all my deposits without any automated blocks. I was happy with the casino at first, so I showed it to my friend. He liked it and registered his own separate account on his laptop. We are two entirely separate, real individuals, and we both created our own distinct accounts to play independently.

While we were hanging out together, the website started lagging severely on my device, so I contacted Live Chat. The support agent explicitly instructed me to try a different device or browser. Following the agent's direct advice, I used my friend's laptop to log into my account. The casino happily accepted all subsequent deposits from my own wallet.

The exact moment I requested a withdrawal, the casino locked both of our separate accounts and confiscated my $2,000 balance, accusing me of fraudulent multi-accounting based on the identical device fingerprint. The shared hardware fingerprint was caused directly by following the instructions of their own Live Chat. The casino completely failed its duty of care by letting a self-excluded addict deposit, allowed my friend as a separate person to create his own real account, and only enforced their hardware checks to steal my $2,000 winnings. We are both ready to provide separate identity verifications to prove we are two different people. I played strictly with raw cash and no bonuses. I demand my full payout.

  • Hello,

We are fully aware of this user's case, and our Fraud & Risk Team has a documented, open-and-shut file regarding this network of accounts.

While we take Responsible Gaming very seriously, we maintain zero tolerance for systemic multi-accounting and bad-faith manipulation of our platform rules. To clarify the facts of this case for the community:

    • Three-Account Hardware Match: Our security systems detected a definitive, identical device fingerprint match across three distinct accountsโ€”not two.

    • Intentional Circumvention: This individual utilized entirely different email addresses and operated from separate IP addresses in a deliberate attempt to mask their identity and bypass our platform's single-account controls.

    • Overall Net Profit: Across the three accounts operated by this user on the exact same physical device, this network has taken a net profit of over $2,500 out of our ecosystem. The claim that the platform "stole" funds is mathematically false; the user is significantly net positive against the house.

Our Terms of Service (Section 5) explicitly state that multi-accounting results in the cancellation of withdrawals and the confiscation of balances. We have provided this user with a final determination.

We are more than happy to provide our full backend hardware hashes, financial logs, and the user's own conflicting email correspondence directly to the LCB mediation team. These logs clearly demonstrate the shifting narratives used during the appeal process. We look forward to resolving this officially with the moderation team.

  • My Response to Allstars.io:

Let's cut through the smoke screen. This is not a "systemic fraud network"โ€”this is simply a case of two real-life friends. I genuinely liked your casino at first, which is exactly why I recommended it to my friend and he opened his own separate account.

The absolute proof that your claims are fabricated lies in the identity verification: Both my friend and I have repeatedly offered to undergo full, separate KYC verification (including live video or selfies with documents) to prove we are two completely different people. You are actively refusing to verify us. Why? Because you know that as soon as we prove our separate identities, your entire "multi-accounting network" excuse falls apart.

Furthermore, I have the complete transcript of the Live Chat conversation saved. I can and will fully prove to the LCB team that your own support agent explicitly instructed me to switch to another device or browser due to your website lags.

Regarding your financial claims: Of course the numbers look like that. You gladly allowed me to continue making deposits after my initial wins. Your automated security system has no problem accepting player deposits on this supposedly "flagged" device fingerprint. You only choose to enforce your rules and lock the accounts the exact second a player requests a withdrawal.

To show everyone how predatory this practice is: My account was closed exactly 2 minutes after I requested my withdrawal. Your system sat there completely silent, happily accepting my hard-earned deposits without a single warning or block, acting as if everything was fine. You literally waited until the exact moment I tried to cash out my winnings to pull the plug and lock me out.

We have absolutely nothing to hide. I strongly urge the LCB moderation team to look into this. I am more than ready to provide our separate identity documents and the Live Chat proof directly to the moderators so we can officially demonstrate that Allstars.io is simply using a technicality to avoid paying out a legitimate $2,000 balance.

Casinos like this should be banned

  • Just to clarify one thing:

I never denied that we shared the laptop. The device match is there, I know that.

But the casino completely ignores the reason why it happened. It wasn't to cheat or scam anyone. Their own live chat told me to switch devices because the site was lagging.

Also, I recommended this casino to my friend in good faith because I actually liked it at first. By the way, my friend is not even in profit with his account. This clearly shows my intention was just to recommend a good platform, not to abuse anything. Now they are painting me as some kind of fraudster, which is just completely false. I expected a bit of common sense and fairness from the casino instead of them just blocking everything and pocketing my $2,000.

  • Pascal,

We will happily let the LCB mediation team review the evidence.

To be completely clear with the community, you are now reverting back to the "two friends" story, yet in your official appeal emails directly to our Fraud & Risk team today, you stated a completely different narrative: you explicitly claimed that you are a gambling addict who deliberately created a duplicate account under a completely different email address to intentionally bypass a permanent self-exclusion.

Now, you are changing your story publicly once again to fit a forum complaint.

We do not refuse identity verification for legitimate players. However, identity verification does not erase the fact that you have operated a network of three accounts under an identical physical hardware fingerprint to circumvent platform rules, a network that, we repeat, has extracted a net profit of over $2,500 from our platform.

Our system records both the technical data and your own highly conflicting written admissions.ย

We will let the official mediation process handle it from here. This will be our final public comment on the matter.

  • Let me make one thing absolutely clear: I never denied creating a new account. I admitted that from the start.

Here is the actual timeline that you are trying to twist: I closed my old account about a week ago. Right after that, I created the new one and I was literally talking to your live support in the exact same chat conversation thread. For a whole week, I made multiple deposits, played, and your system had absolutely zero issues with it. Everything seemed completely fine, which is exactly why I recommended the casino to my friend in the first place.

Today, we met up to play. The website started lagging on my device, chat support told me to switch devices, so I logged into his laptop for a short moment. That is the only reason the hardware match exists.

And letโ€™s be honest: who reads every single sentence of the T&Cs? The core issue here is your double standard. For an entire week, you happily took every single deposit I made. You had no problem taking my money. But the exact minute I actually win and request a withdrawal, you suddenly dig up the T&Cs to find any excuse to deny the payout.

If you really care about your rules, block the duplicate accounts at registration or during depositsโ€”don't wait a week until a player wants to cash out to pocket their money.

And here is my final question for you: If I had lost all my money this week, would your "security system" have stepped in to close my account and refund my losses? Of course not.

Funnily enough, I am only in profit on my very first account. On this new account, and on my friend's account, we are both in net loss. You gladly kept those losses. You only care about your hardware hashes and T&Cs when there are winnings to be stolen.

  • Hiย Pascal107,

Thank you for reaching out to us and your detailed explanation.

However, it is very important to always read the casino's Terms & Conditions before playing. At the vast majority of online casinos, multiple accounts accessed from the same IP address or device are commonly not allowed.

    Based on Allstars.io Casino's Terms:

"5. Only one account per individual, household, IP address, and computing device is permitted. Multiple account creation may result in account termination, cancellation of withdrawal requests and removal and confiscation of any balance on the account(s). Users sharing households, IP addresses, or computing devices must notify us accordingly through their respective accounts."

"18. Multiple accounts per household, IP address/subnet, or accounts deemed belonging to the same individual created to exploit or manipulate Allstars.io systems are prohibited and will be removed without warning. Users confirmed to operate multiple accounts forfeit rights to any deposit or wager refunds."

If you registered the new account using a different email address, the casino would not necessarily be able to identify that it belonged to you until the verification process took place.ย When you requested a withdrawal, the casino carried out additional security checks and the KYC verification process. It was during these checks that the multiple accounts were identified.

Based on the information you have provided, you created a new account while your previous account was under self-exclusion. In addition, your friend's account was accessed from the same IP address/device, which triggered the casino's security checks.

Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we are not in a position to assist you further, as the casino's actions appear to be in line with their Terms & Conditions.

We will review any evidence the casino provides to ensure that their decision was made in accordance with their Terms & Conditions.

  • Thank you for your reply.

I understand your stance regarding the T&Cs. However, since the casino only chose to apply these rules at the exact moment of a withdrawal, this case should be handled on a goodwill basis (Kulanz).

I want to clarify the timeline because the casino is twisting it: I requested the closure of my first account, and right after, I opened the new one. I was literally talking to the same live chat support agent in the same browser window during this entire process. Furthermore, my friend's account has absolutely 0.0% to do with my situationโ€”he is a completely separate person who just let me use his laptop for a moment due to website lag.

The core issue is that these strict regulations are always applied exclusively FOR the casino and never against it.

Their security system is advanced enough to instantly flag a hardware fingerprint the exact second I want to withdraw $2,000. Yet, that very same system was completely blind for an entire week while I was making multiple deposits. They happily took my money without any warnings.

If the casino wants to act fairly and protect its reputation, they should pay out the $2,000 on a goodwill basis, considering their system allowed the deposits for a week and their own support caused the device match. They only care about the T&Cs when it saves them from paying out a winner.

Go ahead and review their backend data. The double standard speaks for itself.

  • Hiย Pascal107,

    Thank you for your explanation.

We understand your point of view. However, the casino would not necessarily be able to identify that the account belonged to you before the verification process.

Once you requested a withdrawal, the casino conducted security checks and the KYC verification process. It is during this stage that casinos typically review account ownership and detect issues such as multiple accounts, shared details, or other potential breaches of their Terms & Conditions.ย

The fact that deposits were accepted before these checks does not necessarily mean that the account was considered valid or approved. Identity verification and account ownership checks are commonly performed when a withdrawal is requested rather than during registration or while deposits are being made.

We have carefully reviewed all of the evidence provided by the casino and, based on the information available to us, we believe the casino acted in accordance with its Terms & Conditions. We will mark this complaint as RESOLVED from our side.

    Thank you for your understanding.

  • While I accept that you are closing this complaint, I strongly disagree with the logic. Saying that a casino can blindly accept deposits for a week without any automated flags, but magically possesses the technology to instantly detect a hardware fingerprint the exact millisecond a withdrawal is requested, is the definition of a double standard.

If a system is "blind" during deposits but "laser-focused" during payouts, it is designed to protect the casinoโ€™s profit, not the players or the rules.

Please be assured that this is not the end of the matter for me. I can irrefutably prove that the casino's entire narrative and claims are complete nonsense. I will use every single tool and avenue available to meโ€”including licensing authorities, legal steps, and independent mediation channelsโ€”to fight this case until I receive my rightful funds.

Thank you for your time, but this outcome only confirms that regulations in this industry are unfortunately applied exclusively for the casino, and never for the player.

  • Seen this pattern before. They let you deposit and play with zero issues, then KYC suddenly becomes a problem the moment you request a withdrawal. If a casino won't even run your KYC, that's not verification - that's just not wanting to pay.
