    Upon using a promo that provides R225 bonus plus 50 FS on wolf power for a deposit of R75.I played and had a total bonus amount of R374 inclusive of winnings from 50FS of R149+R225 I received as a bonus amount.i then met wagering requirements and made sure my max bet is below 10% of the R374 bonus amount.After meeting wagering requirements my total available amount was R1188 and could only withdraw R815 since the casino did minus the bonus amount of R374. The casino nonetheless rejected my withdrawal saying the bonus amount was only R149 .I then asked to show me proof of this R149 and the casino couldn't provide it.i then asked why then did the system minus R374 for the bonus amount and the casino couldn't answer me.The casino wrongfully rejected my withdrawal saying I betted over my 10% bonus amount which was untrue.The casino completed disregarded the additional bonus amount of R225 that was also included in the promo

The 4th time this year and this time I talked to them about the $1400 pending on Thursday 28th march and they said it was fine and would take up to 5 days to process but today, LOW AND BEHOLD, my withdrawal was rejected and they gave me 10 dollars back WTF! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME. deposit there ALLLL the time among boo and their sister casinos and for the fourth time when I've gone to withdraw over 1000 my withdrawal is just gone a couple days later. Emails were ignored and the only reply was completely ignoring my issue and asking me to use live chat. I sat on there for 2 hours yesterday waiting for an agent. Still did not get to talk to one.
