  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    I'm writing this email regarding a case in which I have been victimized, something I am deeply saddened about. This case pertains to the company Slotty Vegas, which is licensed under you.

    I have had several contact points with them for the past few weeks with no success. I am truly disappointed in their customer service and I will act in my best ability to pursue this case.

    To briefly summarize the situation: As I opened two accounts on their website (one of which I didn't know existed at recent times because it was a few years back), they have decided to close my second account, and under their own discretion decided to return only my last two deposits, acting under article 5.6 regarding their terms of conditions. The severe problem with these actions is that I (i) Have made multiple deposits as you can see in his deposit history which are not transferred back to my bank account and (ii) the total sum of money in my account, which resulted from winning casino money also isn't sent back to my account.

    The fact that my account has been closed is partly understandable, but the fact that they decided to do so without returning the money that was on the account, is perceived as an unbelievable scam, and obviously not permitted under Dutch law. In addition, it is a complete disgrace that they allow me to deposit money, but at the moment I win money and try to withdraw it, they keep my money, and forfeit the majority of the funds (and cherry-pick themselves which deposits to give back).

    I hope that you, as a licensed provider for Slotty Vegas, can help me. On online review websites, I've noticed a terribly negative review consensus hanging around Slotty Vegas, so I wouldn't be surprised if you've heard more from other victims by their behavior.

    There are a few possible things I suggested for Slotty Vegas to do (which I hope you can help me with):

    1) They return all available funds at the time of closing back to the bank account from which it was deposited, which is estimated to be 800 euros.

    2) If they, for whatever reason, don't decide to act in option 1, I demand at minimum the total deposits on that account, which are estimated to be around 350 euros.

    If option 1 and option 2 are both not acted upon by them, at a minimum I will place bad reviews on the majority of casino review sites (looking at Trustpilot.nl, I certainly am not the first), and at maximum, I will decide to make it a legal case and bring it to the Dutch court.

    I hope you (as a licensed provider) can help me out in this case and help bring justice to a monopolized company that considerably abuses its powers.

  • Sorry to hear about your problem, Lath Al-jawrani. We are going to notify the casino rep and see if there is anything they can do about your issue. If they don't allow Dutch players then they should refund your deposit. Let's see what they say.

  • 800 euros gone after I played and lost so much money! But when I win for once they scam me and take my money and blok me. What kind of legal action can I take against them because I'm done with their bs. Look at the damn reviews everywhere why on earth do they still have a license!!!!
