Hello JovanaV. After waiting a lot of time BetBeast confiscated my balance for "placing bets pla againt he house edge". My bets are 90% on top 5 football leagues and stakes are double digits, so needless to say there is no edge. They have terms and conditions where they can do what they want. I am extremely disappointed that I fell for registering in this illegitimate casino. There are tons of complaints in other sites like yours where the exact same thing happened. Whenever user wins they cite a term - playing against house edge. Being from restricted country is not an issue. You can easily register in most of the countries from this list and based on my research plenty of players online are from those countries. THey do accept everyone and do scam those who win. I am sending you my username via PM. Hopefully you can help. I had 1080 euros in my account that were deleted including my 250 deposit!

The casino representative confirmed that your account was flagged by the sportsbook platform management for betting in a way that could give an unfair advantage, including activity across other brands on the same platform.

Also, they have emphasized that this decision is made by the platform itself and is therefore outside of their control. 

They also highlighted that, according to their Terms & Conditions, if a player is found to be using any recognized betting techniques to circumvent the standard house edge, the casino reserves the right to confiscate any winnings associated with the prohibited activity and to restrict account functionality.

They have provided proof supporting these conclusions. Considering all of this, unfortunately, we are unable to intervene further, and we will mark this complaint as resolved on our side.

Can you please confirm if you have seen this "proof" and what does it show and also how does the platform management flagged my account. It is extremely easy for sites nowadays to hide behind terms and conditions. I understand account limitations and platforms and I can confirm I never had money confiscated from this platform. The only advantage I had is from using a bonus and the money I won came from real balance, money itself so I completely disagree with this statement.

JovanaV - there are at least 5 complaints like mine for the past month in casino guru and trustpilot. Unfortunately casino guru is not helping since they are only responding to casino related complaints. Betbeast are making up excuses for players who won. My betting is with low stakes on top competitions. THere is no odds manipulation and being flagged from the sports platform is also the same excuses BS they are giving to other players. Betbeast simply flagged legitimate sports winners and decided not to pay.
