  • I registered Betfinal yesterday and asked free spins in live chat. They credit me 30 free spins and i win $6.18 from the free spins and i finished my wagering and win $126. So i asked in chat for account verification and asked them for withdrawal. They said me i already had 1 account and i registered 2nd time yesterday. But i don't know i already had 1 account. I forgot it and i register there yesterday. ( in some casino sites if we had already 1 account and we forgot and  second time we enter our mail id means it shows " your mail id is already existed" . so we can't able to register in that casino site. so in that time we know we already had 1 account). But in Betfinal the site mistake is second time i register because i forgot .i don't know already i had 1 account. Like other sites if betfinal shows this " your mail id is already existed" when registering means  I can't register yesterday. i try to open my old account and ask free spins in old account. So i tell this problem clearly today in live chat and asked them to delete my old account. But they said me to request withdrawal and technical team will handle it in 48 hours. so i give withdrawal request of $126 instantly with my bank account details and i waited. But now i received mail from them that is "Your withdrawal has been rolled back on ‘22/03/2020 19:52:39", funds has been returned to your gaming account. Please contact support if you require further assistance regarding this transaction." so i go to betfinal site and try to login my account to check it. But i can't able to login my account. It shows my account is blocked. So i try to ask this problem in live chat but they are in  offline. I can't able to contact them. my only mistake is i don't know i already had a account and register newly. otherwise i don't do any mistakes from my side. If they don't unblock my account means atleast i want my withdrawal cash of $126. please tell me what to do .

    If you have two accounts at a casino it is a breach of T&C. You are right, if you already have an account the system should show that this email address is already registered. However, we're going to notify the casino rep about your problem. Please private message me your casino username. We're going to check with him and see what he says about it.

    Just to let you know that the casino's decision is final. You broke their T&C so there's nothing further they can do for you.

    Please be careful next time when creating accounts not to breach T&C.

  • Hello. I have something to say about Betfinal casino too! I won a huge amount of money in casino recently but I wasn't lucky to get them. Casino accused me of openning multople accounts when I explained them a couple of times that I have only one account on the website. They have never explained me why they made such a conclusion and, for sure, they have never provided any evidence. I would definitely like to hear some explanation and get my money back.
