  • My Withdrawal which startet with a 100% bonus and was succesfully completed was stopped with the

    § 12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.

    I never ever had an Account their, my internet is only for my household, noone can use it.

    At my adress are around 10 flats, maybe this is the problem?

    I want to get this solved, for me it sounds like a big scam.

    so I have same problem as someone who already posted here.

    My Withdrawal which startet with a 100% bonus and was succesfully completed was stopped with the reason of

    § 12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address.

    I did not break this rule in any possible way, this is really strange. We are talking here about arround 6.800€ 

    Please help me.

    We finally heard back from the casino rep regarding your case. She was gathering the info from different departments therefore it took so long. As they advised us, you have already been reached by the casino and the issue has been sorted. They couldn't share much info with us but they also advised you to get in touch with them if you face any further issues.

    I created my account, deposited, played and done a few profits (160,05)

    However, the site has not paid for my withdrawal so far

    So, it is a scam site: it exists only to receive registrations and deposits, and does not pay the player who wins something

    I would like to get my money back to my account (160,05) to continue playing

    Until then, my thoughts are negative about this company

  • hi rep of betsson. i have reg on betsson argentina.customer service is awfull.. yesterday try to withdraw and not even support know how to tell me why i cant... they dont know nothing about being support.ask for a supervisor.. the support told me he didnt know where was the supervisor today a got an email from the supervisor... he apolyge for the bad customer support and nothing else.awfull experience that i would let know to argentina potencial customers

  • well got an email from them. they were rude.like they have they all the truth.anyway i would have to keep playing here until i won i recover my money ive lost.cause is the only casino in argentina ican play and deposit by my self... not with a 3 party agent like other casinos in argentina.Thanks lcb anchi all of you and happy new year.

  • Hi lcb team.betsson had open to play in argentina.support awfull... what happened today? i deposited there every day.. today i won 400k and have 53.k argentina pesos in my account.what they did? they have not precess my money and sent me a 3 email with verified account requiered. i have verfied my account 2 times and today because i won the want a 3 time verified account talk to support.spanish support" they had told me sorry etc etc. the fact is that they scam me.why in da heck i have to verified my account 3 times  in less than 2 weeks... my account was verified twice january i was gentle and verified twice.. today they want me to verified a 3 time coz i won.. what happened? they dont prcess my payment.(hold my money) im sick of this casino. i want all my money back.scam for every where u see it.if i have to hire a lawyer i will. ihave proof everything talk with chat etc

  • the mail is the user name. i have so many troubles with this casino i thought "yes great betsson" argentina i have emails  chats verything they operated so bad.amd today scam me.none casino online ask u in verified ur account 3 times in 2 weeks. i had been verified twice today i won and they want to verified again? its a joke.? and a lot of problems with withdraws.a week ago a support agent told me to talk to their cashier of my withdraw i have all evidence.of all.emails.. chat conversation etc.. today they block my money ask me for a 3 time in less of 2 week to verified my account wich was verified.. twice. they dont precess my withdraw. worst casino i ever seen and did i mention when argentina was  ok in economy i have and still have a betsson international account since more than 10 years verfied.. i feel very frustated.
