  • ATTENTION: Anyone who has played in this casino may have been ripped off on their winnings as I was. I played SIC BO (macau) and wagered on the 3 dice to come up 6,6,5 which equals 17. At the number 17 itself pays 50 to 1, so does the wager 6,6,5. However, according to the wit and wisdom of "Mark" is must come up in the exact order which is listed on the game replay of 5,6,6. What he does not realize is there is no bet for 5,6,6 and that in fact the bet for 6,6,5 encompasses the 5,6,6 as well as the 6,5,6 wagers since there is 3 possible outcomes for that bet. Therefor ripping me off 50 to 1 on my wager by not paying me. As a matter of face I brought this to his attention. And his way to solve it was to disconnect chat. The ignorance and incompetence and thievery at this casino should be avoided at all cost. And if you happen to be like me, you may want to go back through everything you have wagered at this casino to make sure you were properly paid for and not just stolen from.   • This one is of the game played. Note the second from bottom i bet 665. It came up 566. It has to be exactly those three numbers. Two x 6 and one x 1. Mark is saying it has to be in exact order which is not the case. It oays 50 to 1. Just the same as the total number being 17. Those three numbers equal 17. 17 pays 50 to 1 as well. Also there is no exact number for 566 just 665. Thats because it can be in any order otherwist the odds would have to be 150 to 1.

  • Here are the rules for the game from the internet. It says that it must be exactly the numbers for this bet. 1x5 & 2x6. Which is what i had. Just in a different order. I dont know how you can roll 3 white dice at the same time and determine an order to them. But as the next screen shot shows there are 3 ways to win. Meaning 566, 656, or 665

  • I have a set of their rules as well. It says it must be exact to win the bet. Which it is exactly thise numbers. It doesnt say must in in any sort of order. Because there is no bet for 566 or 656 exactly since 665 covers those rolls as well. But the screen shots are too large to send to you. If you go to their website and click craps and choose sic bo macau then the group of numbera in the bottom left at 40 to 1 you will see what i mean about the groupung of numbera. It does it for ever group. Theres a 224 but not a 242 or 422. For example.

  • I also found on their instructions on the game itself: "Specific Double and Single Number Combination xxy" "Two of the dice will show a specific double and the third die will show a specific, different number. For example 2-2-4" "50 to 1" Therefore 6&6 is the specific double while 5 is the specific different single number. but they have stopped me from live chat and and have not responded to emails. I presume this is because when other people realize this casino has been not paying on every winning wager, it will ruin them for sure. But by not paying me my winnings, they are forcing me to disclose this and hopefully others will also check to make sure they were paid properly.

  • I have a terrible experience with this casino. Criminals imo.

    I made a deposit and won big money. They told  me i had a bonus to turnover, which i then did.

    After i had turned over the bonus and made a withdrawal they come up with this:

    Bonus from sweden is not available so we confisticate your winnings. I told them i hadnt asked for any bonus and they admit they had given it to me accidently!!!

    Sooooo thats the most stupiedest thing ive heard not to give my money when all ive done was depositing, play and win. They did wrong! They gave me a bonus i didnt ask for!!

    No need to say more. No normal human think its not a criminal act from their side.

  •  I was having fun playing and actually winning a little for once. Then all of a sudden I was kicked out and my account was disabled. I contacted chat and they couldn’t tell me anything. I attached screen shots of my conversation. Please help me here. At least let me withdraw my winnings or refund my deposits if you guys are going to disable my account.

After awhile I realized that they weren't paying out on the lines that should have been. You see, when I play slots I normally just set the bet, then put it on auto play and stop it fairly fast . Once I realized I wasn't getting paid much, I stopped and took 3 final spins. All of which had winning pay lines. They didn't pay however. You see, in that game all you need is 5 or more symbols touching horizontally or vertically for them to explode and new ones drop down. I provided them screenshots of the game error and for over a month now they've been giving me this runaround. It's always "we're waiting to hear from the gaming provider", or it's "we need more information about the device you were playing on" even tho they never bother to email me and ask me. I even circled the beeping winners I was referring to in the screenshots. There is no denying that the game didn't pay correctly. And for God knows how long. That's why I want my 400 dollars back.

  • I deposited with NO bonuses and they close my account without any explanation and they are refusing to give me my money that was still in my account… What is going on with these casinos suddenly becoming flat out thieves?   • no violations mentioned. No explanation of any kind whatsoever..: LITERALLY theft!! There is no other explanation.. No bonuses were EVER used on this account. Even if they did have a reason to close my account (Which they don't) then they have absolutely no right to confiscate my money. And no i was not fully verified.  

  • Where can i forward these 2 transcripts from t he 2 live support chats i just had with these guys? I can not even wrap my head around how unbelievable this is. I am at a complete loss for words! I need somebody to please review the conversations i just had with this casino
