I signed up and made my first deposit on Jan 11th, I received free spins with my deposit but when I activated them and tried to open the game it would not let me enter, I immediately informed support and was told it would be handled with urgency, well I have contacted support through chat every day with no help, and there tech department through email which I haven't even received a reply let alone and answer. I just don't understand how every other casino I have ever played at  have been able to remedy a situation like this in just a few minutes, while bluechip has been 6 days and counting? I have all the chat logs and emails which I will post soon if not taken care of.

Ok, but I have contacted support daily, and every day told the same thing, " be patient", simply reissue the spins and case closed, this should have been done 5 days ago when I suggested it. But I will email once again and wait some more.
