Player completed the wager requirement from a no deposit bonus.

He converted the balance into cash. Received $50 into cash balance.

As the user had no deposit record in the last 14 days, he had to deposit. He deposited $25.

After depositing, instead of withdrawing the $50 from the no deposit bonus, the user continued playing with the total balance of $75 ($50 from no deposit and $25 from his deposit).
