    It is confusing in the trnasaction history. But you can see the payments that were sent: 2425, 2425, 1295. Just need to process the 4850 payment that has not been sent. I have the history showing my balance was 11260. There is no bonus balance.

    Still nothing. We found the third email and contacted them again so we'll see if they are going to reply. We sent them at least 5 reminders so far. Have you tried to get in touch with them?

  • Yes I have but they are only stalling and don't give a clear answer to my query.
