Hi grace. I had a bonus on money reels casino my username on there is "realreelking". I was playing a game on there called "pixie wings" and I checked how much I had to water and it was exactly £20.95. I decided to go back onto "Diamond mine" where I continued to play for £2 a spin (i spun exactly 20 times =£40) until I'd cleared the wagering. So then I started to spin for £1 and soon got the feature. After the future id reached £500 and I went to withdraw. At the home screen the £500.05 was visible as my balance so I went to withdraw however my balance appeared as £250 which they have as a cap on converting the bonus balance. I have since recieved an email back from money reels.com simply saying...

I consider that in my experience to translate to "whether or not you won after your wagering finished, your are getting the £250 and no more regardless of what you won after your finished wagering it. This isn't fair and I would like assistance with it please. Many thanks
