  • Update: It has been over 24 hours since your post "Oliver King". I have not received anything to my bitcoin wallet nor has my payout status changed from pending when I check in the casino. I'm going to be honest and tell you I'm pretty disappointed  and discouraged at this point. It has now been a full month that has passed and I have yet to receive my withdrawl. I was hoping you would not fail me so that I could feel comfortable depositing here again in the future, while knowing if there was an issue I could count on your help, unfortunately those hopes have not yet come to fruition.  I now hope to hear back from you soon with good news for me.   • My partner has had a pending withdrawal from this is vegas for over a month, has been given the runaround via email, and chat rep for WEEKS. They forced a verification deposit, then claimed they didn't get it, then claimed they did but it wasn't enough of a deposit (even though the chat rep said 20 was perfect).

    I feel partly responsible because I suggested she check the website out and now they've stolen 20 dollars from her and not paid the 50 they owe. Complete radio silence from support. This is the 3rd time she has tried to cash this 50 bucks out with no success. This one dated 8/22

    This has been going on for so long that me and her have both went crazy trying to talk sense into their reps but apparently they think that it's perfectly fine to steal deposits from players without paying them what they are owed.

    Bottom line. ThisIsVegas owes Gini******/Virginia Mcdaniel $50.00 and has owed it  for over a month. After validation, after depositing after 2 chat reps saying completely different lies and never ever paying it. They even changed the deposit amount mid conversation to talk her into depositing more money.

    You think it's fun and games but you're playing with real life emotions and feelings and it is NOT ok for you to do what you did.

  • This is Vegas casino is a scam. They send free chips then refuse to pay winnings from those chips. If I'm not eligible then why send them? 

    Find somewhere else to play. This is Vegas is horrible.

  • Wow I am utterly blown away by the straight thief's these people are I went and decided to waste my money here even with all the negative complaints but god dammit there all correct this casino is disgusting and should be blacklisted on ever review site I just won on a 10$ chip on 12/31-1/1 so I requested a withdrawal and got a email about documents so I sent them my documents then received an email  saying my documents where accepted so then today I received a email saying that because I hadn't made a deposited in 30 days i couldn't make a withdrawal and get you my last withdrawal was literally on 11/26 so everyone knows 34 days so I assumed that would mean I just would need to make a deposit then I would be able to withdrawal my 100 dollars since that's the way any respectable online casino operates but no if course not I go on to my account and the balance isn't 100 so they stole the 100 winnings if your truly a respectable brand you will assist me with this like I'm begging you guys please prove your not just thief's and scammers a respectable establishment would allow me to make a deposit then make the withdrawal not just take the winnings back and especially when my last deposit was literally only 34 days ago please prove that you give a dam about your customers because I'm ready to go on to every casino review site I can possibly find to try to warn as many people as possible about the highly dishonest and highly disrespectful conduct of this brand and try to prevent as many folks as I possibly can to instead deposit at a respectable casino that cares about there customers and don't just steal your money.     I am not calling scam but i deposited around 70 in crypto and won on  a bonus up to 40 so total bal of 110 all fully wagered is a pending withdrawal.
