    i am from the uk and played on VIP lounge casino. i got it from lcb. i had a no deposit bonus with wager requirements. i read the terms and conditions before i started playing. as i always do. i meet the wager requirements as stated. and had $100 in the account afer the wager requirements were met. great. i then had to get it up to $200 to withdraw as a check as i didnt have any other methods of withdrawl. done that. got to $200.11. upon which i choose to withdraw. it said manager withdrawl aprroved! great again. ill be depositting on this site. BUT, i asked the online chat for the time period in which i would recieve my check. not so good. she was rude un helpful and kicked me off chat twice. said that i couldnt withdraw because i was one of the countries with restictions. i am not. they have taken the $200 out of my account. and kept it. not even put it back for me to play...... bit confused to say the least. i had very bad customer support, for which i have copied the transcripts if you want to have a look. please can you look into this matter.  my user name on the site is reddy26.

  • A "manager withdrawal" means they removed the cash and you can't withdraw it.  It's highly unlikely they will put it back unless it is an error on their part.

  • Hey guys. I deposited $50 with prism. I didnt take a bonus and it was my first deposit with this casino.

    I won $800 on t-rex slot game. I innitiated a cashout of $500 and got an email saying there was an error on the slot and my winnings were removed.

    Before I read this email I was using the other money on a slot called prince of sherwood. I got 5 scatter which resulted in 15 free games at 4x. I won $300.


    I innitiated another cashout and I got an email stating I gave a fake phone number so my winnings were voided but I was allowed to try again with my $50 deposit.

    This casino is an outright rogue and fraud. I have reported them to the gaming committee and online authorities that deal with fraud.

    I was also double charged on my $50 deposit but was only credit $50.

  • Hi Cindy.  I have given up on ever getting paid from Cool Cat Casino.  They hounded me on the phone trying to get me to deposit saying everything would work out and that all the horror stories I read were all wrong.  The girl on the phone offered me 100% bonus with no max, fully cashable and I decided to give it a try, against my better judgement, but it was only $50.  I played and played and my balance kept hovering around $200 so I decided to cash out.  After 2 weeks they reversed my cashout and said the bonus had to be deducted and I needed more docs.  I sent them in and cashed out again.  After 2 more weeks I contacted them again and was told I would hear from them in a couple of days with a tracking number for my check.  2 more weeks go by I contact them again and next day I get my tracking number.  The day before my check arrives they tell me they have a problem with thier processor and my check is no good and they have stopped payment on it.  They told me they would re-issue a check and contact me in 24 hours. 2 days later I e-mailed them and told them to forget about it and stick the check where the sun don't shine.  How can a casino not even manage a check for $127 in 6 weeks?  What kind of casino calls people up to solicit deposits?  If they ran a decent casino players would come to them.  Any, I am done with cool cat and learned a valuable lesson for only $50.
