    Crypto Loko Casino had me wait days for my first withdrawal. I was told that was rare and will normally take minutes. Now I have waited hours for my second withdrawal and customer service is saying 25 days wait for BTC withdrawals!?

    I'm a verified customer and had withdrawn winnings previously. It took days for them to hit my BTC wallet. I was told this was not the norm and informed they are usually paid in minutes. I could see it approved but just sitting there for days.

    Well, here I am again waiting on another withdrawal. For all the advertising stating how quickly they pay out, they have been the SLOWEST I've experienced with BTC withdrawals. I kept being told by customer service that the long waits are not common so I continued to play and finally win again and I'm being told now the wait could be 5 days? I asked customer service why they advertise minutes? I was informed that's a best case scenario. The other sites I play on Bovada, Wild Casino, Brango etc. typically send the funds in 60 minutes at most.

    Customer Service gives different answers each time. It's like they don't care if they lose a customer who spends thousands once comfortable with a casino. I'm starting to wonder is they are a big scam. This casino is down right deceiving people.
