  • Crypto Loko Casino had me wait days for my first withdrawal. I was told that was rare and will normally take minutes. Now I have waited hours for my second withdrawal and customer service is saying 25 days wait for BTC withdrawals!?

  • I'm a verified customer and had withdrawn winnings previously. It took days for them to hit my BTC wallet. I was told this was not the norm and informed they are usually paid in minutes. I could see it approved but just sitting there for days.

    Well, here I am again waiting on another withdrawal. For all the advertising stating how quickly they pay out, they have been the SLOWEST I've experienced with BTC withdrawals. I kept being told by customer service that the long waits are not common so I continued to play and finally win again and I'm being told now the wait could be 5 days? I asked customer service why they advertise minutes? I was informed that's a best case scenario. The other sites I play on Bovada, Wild Casino, Brango etc. typically send the funds in 60 minutes at most.

    Customer Service gives different answers each time. It's like they don't care if they lose a customer who spends thousands once comfortable with a casino. I'm starting to wonder is they are a big scam. This casino is down right deceiving people.

  • They did the same thing to me!!!! I was trying to withdrawal $1000 that I won fair and square I deposited so they could verify my Bitcoin wallet, sent them my id, all the documents they needed and two days later the manager took my winnings back told me they couldnt do anything about it and so I brushed it off got some free spins max cash out is $100 tried to withdrawl that and now they're saying they need documentation I've already sent it....honestly yabby casino is the way to go...I've yet to have any issue with them at all... cryptoLoko sucks ass and isn't honest and I won't be recommending them to ANYONE unless they get off on the run around.

  • I do have another comment regarding Sunrise..... Everything I said in the previous post is still valid....

    The thing that sets you guys, and them specifically apart from the rest of the pack was that the match bonuses were so sweet that I might deposit 50 bucks, be given another $300 to play with, and sit here and play ALL EFFING DAY on that 50 bucks. Usually losing it but not even being mad about it cuz "hey, it's 50 bucks".

    It's the cleverest business model i have ever seen in my life. They give you so much that you tell yourself "Yea but I only can cash out a couple hundred might as well keep going" and then before you know it it's bedtime and you're at like 12 bucks but you had fun all day.

    50 bucks for all day fun? That's a DEAL, son.

    The only thing that anyone has them beat on is the withdrawal time frame. I find myself still playing at Yabby when I'm low on funds because I know that if I win i can withdraw and continue on with my day (i mean gambling.....all day....yea i know i have a problem and no i don't care) 

    Currently sitting at day 14 of a $1200 withdrawal which i had hoped was going to be sent before the weekend and was informed yesterday that it's still within the casino stated time frame of 10 business days.

    While that may technically be true, it doesn't sit well with my rent being due in 2 days or my spinning thumb sitting idle. Or the fact that having a pending withdrawal stops me from redeeming coupons and also from participating in the nightly tourny's (Which is basically like entering the 3rd circle of hell)

    If the other guys can do it in 20 minutes there's got to be a way to move things along at a swifter pace.... or at the very least figuring out how to still payout on the weekends.... That would be a HUGE step in the right direction.

    (I know coindraw is the deal now but there's an issue with the system not allowing coindraws when deposits have to be manually credited..... which sucks and leaves us in the position i'm in now.)

     

    I know that Sunrise has a rocky history here because of......things happening.........which honestly i think is unfair cuz let's be real LCB'ers: you knew you were breaking rules and shit before requesting those 100 dollar payouts that you're on here bitching about....wink

     

    Point being... it would be awesome to see them included and participating here the way that punt/loko are.... i'm sure faster withdrawals would help immensely with that.

    Plus I wouldn't be sittting here all weekend with nothing to do but play video games lol

    But yea....

    TL:DR

    faster=better. 

    Loko needs some no rules bonuses (puh-leaaaase)

    and P.S. Axel needs a raise. Top notch even when i'm pissy about the slow payout (Seriously the man has infinite patience and somehow always gets stuck dealing with my shit. You think I talk alot when I'm praising you should see me when I'm pissed lulz).

    I can only tell you my experience, which is that they do absolutely pay out. Sometimes it takes a while and I'm probably just impatient as hell but they have really awesome bonuses and customer service is so friendly that you'll have a good time just having a conversation with em lol. 

     

    I dunno what you'd normally deposit for a first time thing but they have 2 codes that I think are like A1 .... BUBBLEUP gives you 66 spins on Bubble Bubble 3 plus I think 250% no rules or Run299 gives you 299% no rules plus some spins on run rabbit run. 

     

    I'd say do the bubble coupon if you decide to go for it because 66 spins on bubble bubble 3 is a damn good chance of hitting a bonus and there's no wage requirements on the spoils so it's like starting with an extra 20-30 bucks depending on the bonus you get or whatever. ..

    Just remember you cant withdraw whatever they give you and you'll be set. 

    Plus I think that witch code is 30 bucks minimum deposit? Even if they didn't pay, which they will, even if it takes a week or 3 🤣🙄 You're out a total of 30 dollars. Hell I'd send you the 30 bucks just cuz I know they paid me every time so it's a safe enough bet. 

    Of course it's all in how you're playing the games  which will determine if you GET to cash out lololoool but still.

  • Withdrawal request made at 2:40 PM MST on 1/30/23 and it's almost 2/3/23 and NOTHING!! Here we go again with sloow payouts. I was hoping the slow payouts were not the norm. This is the third time in a row and I'm wondering if I'll ever get my winnings. When I emailed for an explanation I received the following response:

I'm already verified, have cashed out before and won today off a no deposit bonus, max cash out $50. I do withdrawal using BTC and I'm told it will take 3-7 business days. Wth?! Withdrawal using crypto shouldn't even take 3-7 hours, especially if already a verified user who has withdrawn before. Ugh.

    As you can see, Sunrise slots is still on the warning list and we can't help players who have problems with that casino because they don't answer to us either. These two casinos are quite up-to-date and are in constant contact with us and do not hesitate to resolve any complaint. The Rep wrote that due to economic reasons, they shared some kind of support with certain casinos, but the management is completely separate. For now, Crypto Loko and Punt Casino are willing to cooperate, and to resolve any upcoming complaint.
