  • Have video evidence of rtg's software manipulating outcomes on this caisnos server . In 58 hands of black jack , caisno dealt itself black jack 24 times , while dealing itself 21 or 20 on 46 of the other 58 hands , it hit on 5 card breaks to 21 seven different times in a 7 minute span . The last ten hands it played were 19 , 20 , 21 , all of these casinos black jack tables have been comically illegal the last month , yesterday I emailed support notifying them their software dealt itself black jack 5 hands in a row , of course you never hear a word back because they can't play stupid in that case they would need to give an explanation as to how that could ever happen and they know they wouldn't be able to do . I attached the time stamps in the screen shots it will only allow me add four , just showing I have proof and video evidence from all this gameplay

  • Hey Vince, I played several hundreds of hands of RTG's Blackjack on Sunday, and I didn't really experienced anything remotely similar. I'm sorry to say this, but it looks like you had a streak of very bad luck. 

    RTG is notorious for allowing operators to lower the RTP of their games, and ever since I'm around (which is roughly 15 years by now) people here and there complained about their stingy  games and long loosing streaks. I never really felt it noticable, weather its 90% or 85% return for example, you really aren't gonna notice it.

    Also, if you are seriously concerned about the fairness of RTG table games, or any other provider for that matter, why not find a casino with live dealer games and play some live blackjack instead?

    I am sharing my experience as a warning to anyone playing at @DetectiveSlots.
     
    THE WIN: I hit the advertised $1,400.00 GRAND JACKPOT on "The Cash Is Right" slot. My account balance was $1,445.82 (see attached photo).
    THE REFUSAL: After contacting support, they denied the full payout, claiming a "10x deposit" rule from a bonus coupon capped my winnings at $100.00.
    THE FORFEITURE: After clearing the final wagering requirement, the casino's system automatically removed $1,345.68 from my account (see attached final pop-up).
    The Pitboss Team explicitly confirmed that jackpot wins "do not overwrite the coupon term."
     
    This is deceptive practice. A Grand Jackpot should be paid in full. I am now filing a formal dispute with the Central Dispute System (CDS).
     
    DO NOT play here if you use bonuses. Your big wins will be voided.

  • Everyday since the casino opened, a $10 deposit is required to claim the daily depositors spins. The code is area 51. It is 51 spins for $0.25 on interstellar 7s. This morning. After making my daily $10 deposit and trying to claim the spins, I was told that it now requires a $25 deposit. I explained that it does not say that anywhere and the coupon still says after a deposit. The terms and conditions say bonuses require a $10 deposit. Unless otherwise stated. I sent a screenshot proving there is no stated amount. A few minutes later the customer service representative sent me back another screenshot showing me they had changed it while we were talking. I feel this is very dishonest especially because they changed the coupon during my complaint conversation.
