    Let me answer this for you, and this applies to most casinos as I have seen you ask this question before. Gambling at online casinos is illegal in South Africa, casinos are not allowed to market themselves to South African players or take deposits. Any casino with a reputable license such as UK or Malta will not accept players from countries that see online casino gambling as illegal.

  • Two weeks ago at one 18,000 on Dunder Casino and they've yet to acknowledge my winnings or my withdrawal request everyday I emailed them they give me some other reason about verification issues this than that I just really want my money and then they locked me out of my account so I can't even spend or deposit any ideas what to do to get paid my winnings?

    I have a problem with Dunder.

    My withdrawal request was manually processed into Bank account on September 6, 2022. But I didn't receive money.  Before that I was unable to request withdrawal into skrill however I had so many deposits in past. For a week casino's live support told me different reasons of this issue - old deposits, my skrill account is restricted for receiving payments asking for screenshots of this error every time).

    Since September 13 I regularly contact live support to know the reason of lost money and ways to resolve it.

    Casino always tell me that they are waiting for reply from "my" payment service provider.

    Yesterday I asked support to provide me requisites of payment service provider and transaction ID in order to contact it by myself and was informed this "The PSP is Envoy and the reference code is: manual payment dunder 06.09.22". I do not know what to to with this "extended" information.

    I do not understand how long will it last. Seems to be for ages.

    Please make some changes in support's attitude tp clients troubles.
