Howdy Eurobets Casino,

I'm glad that you are here. I submitted a withdrawal request back in September for $400 and am still trying to get that transaction completed. I contact live chat about every other week and an always told that it will be processed soon, I send emails and texts which get no replies. Every time I talk to the chat agents they tell me that if I reverse 1/2 the withdrawal the other half will be processed quickly. I do not trust that it will since I was told that if I made another deposit it would fast track the request, which I did but to no avail. I have been patient and always polite with my correspondence but am getting quite frustrated from being put off for half a year. Please see what you can do to get this put behind us.
