    I have had problems with withdrawing money from this casino might be since January (Since Fastpay casino stated on that no need to verify amount lower than 500usd
    As far as I can remember, it should be around January, but I still keep the evidence of my payments in this casino, but I can't find detailed information about this casino, probably because it is a new casino. Today I just see casino in  lcb.org so I Have a complaint To ask for help from issues that Casino closes my account In spite of all my confirmation When I want to withdraw money Claiming various information, even until the final claim that my information I am not the owner of the information. Although I can confirm and proved all the information that they wants to send as much detail as I can, When I requested withdraw the money about250usd. I can't remember the obvious amount. (Because the casino closed my account after refusing to withdraw without notice) then I went to check status of my withdrawal in casino account but my account was blocked . then I went though to ask support so, the casino support would like me to confirm the account I was surprised and saw the announcement that stated on fastpay casino with big symbols that no need verify document check if the balance of withdrawal below 500usd. But even though I was willing to confirm because verify an account it not my problem even real my own information,I have an account in many casino there also had not got issued with my information before accepting about some of my info is write in my language but not big issued for them at all for this generation could translator well . But when I sent all of my details The casino closed my account without notice and refused to pay me.   • Dear psl88fwin, your account was disabled by Antifraud team with the reason that this card was used in another casino of the network with the different personal details and the documents for the verification. As I see you were using the Skrill and this card for depositing of 40 USD (20 from Skrill and 30 from the card). After winning of 170 USD you tried to withdraw all money on Skrill and were blocked by Antifraud. You were informed about the reason for blocking the same as confiscation of the remaining balance. 

    Let's clarify step by step:

    - We never stated anything like this in terms and conditions. As like in your situation - player deposit from Card and Skrill and ask for payout via Skrill. We cannot perform this transaction without information to whom these payment methods belong to.

    - The reason is clarified above. We cannot give additional information regarding this case from the Antifraud team, but they are stating that info they have is 100% correct.

    I think a lot of players reading this forum. Just want to clarify our position regarding fraud transactions. We have a very strong antifraud team and this is the reason why we can send money so fast. Here we will never try to catch player or delay blocking, expecting to do it after a big win or smth in this way. In Fastpay everything is fair and fast and we expect the same from our players.

    Like basic line as we see it: Do not try to cheat the casino putting fraud transactions, do not open a second account if you excluded yourself forever, do not try to exchange money with the help of the Fastpay casino (due to very fast payments), do not use 3rd part cards or payment systems and you will never have any problems here. You will love us and we shall love you :)

    but which I had previously used for my mother to buy things or use on various websites, but I didn't keep up.     first of all, we are not Fastbet.

    As wrote higher, you have used this card with another document package for the verification in the same casino network. When Antifraud found out that the same card is used by different persons with different documents for the verification, they have closed your account, same as all other accounts in the Network for the fraud activity or/and abusing of the bonuses. Your account is closed due to the breaking of terms and conditions p 10.1. and wouldn't be reopened.

    Unfortunately, I cannot add more specific information publically from the antifraud team. If LCB team decide that information which I sent up to date is not enough - we can ask for a more detailed report of all activity of all connected accounts in other casinos.

    when a player spends about $1000 . maybe more maybe bit less im not certain ..... and got bonuses given like  all time lowest in history.. not only that but when she has given that much money and spent more time in cashier than the games.. this should be enough to say hey yeah thats not good enough  no way.. and act accordingly?

All games i played i started and it was just dead spins.. after 5x lost i started getting 1-2x wins.. then 10x lost 5-10x wins etc... i had to lose the money first before i can win some of it back.     i went to live chat. 1st i was told there was issues with the game provider.... then was told i was exceeding allowed bet amounts.. as per their terms and conditions and was provided a link !

    What is the point to win 200 000 euro with payout limit 4 000 per month, for example. This is a greedy thing. Honestly. If player losing - its okay. If winning - you searching for duplicates, withdraw him 4 years, steal the money or just close the casino and open another one. But you allow betting 18 euro on DOA2 with 110 000x in maximum winnings. Bravo!

    We always pay, not searching for reasons to steal winnings. Right now, Fastpay is not for the high-rollers. After launching of MGA brand we shall focus on the increase of the limits on withdrawals and the betting limits.

  • Dear Melvin, that is correct. We do not have a tool to export the betting history of the player. You can check your transactions or bonus history. The history of bets is limited to 100 last bets.

    Dear Sharna16, it is straightly against the rules to use the 3rd party payment systems:
    "It is strictly against the rules to use third-party payment systems or bank cards for depositing and payouts. If a player performs such an action, his or her player account will be closed, and all the funds on the balance will be seized. We reserve the right to ask for additional supporting documents to prove that the account in the payment system belongs to the player."

  • Considering I have proof that I was allowed to use it as it was my money on the card I would of thought there could have been an exception. It's obvious it was an honest mistake and if it was such a huge violation then how come I was allowed to kelp depositing money... you had no problem taking my money after the fact.

    Dear Sharna16. The zero tolerance to the usage of 3rd party payment methods is a baseline for our casino. We pay money and verify accounts in several minutes and, as a result, we have strict protocols of reviewing accounts during the verification process same as strict terms, regarding the usage of 3rd party bank cards or e-wallets.

If there are questions, you always can ask about them in chat, which is working 24/7. The best idea here was to ask if you can deposit with the card of another person before doing it. It will take like 20 seconds.

    A few weeks ago I decided to try playing at Fastpay casino again, after a long break.

    I have no problems depositing to the casino and can also easily play. I make a total of 5 deposits that night, and lose them all. Fair enough, that's how it is with gambling.

    The day after, however, I find out that the casino does not have a Danish license, as is required if you want to offer gambling to Danish gamblers. Denmark has a strict law that prohibits casinos from offering games to Danish players unless you have a Danish license. This I confronted the casino with, but they refused to comply with Danish law and felt that they could easily offer gambling to Danish gamblers with the license they have. Likewise, they felt that I had accepted their T / C myself when I set up. Of course they are right, but they should never have let me set up when they are obliged to follow the applicable law for the players who play at their casinos. There is a reason why many other casinos with a Curacao license do not offer gambling to Danes. I mean, therefore, that I have played with them without knowing that I broke Danish law, and I therefore want them to cancel the transactions I have made to the casino. This they deny.

They also admit that an error has occurred, but will not proceed with it, nor will they cancel the transactions.

    They will not even refund the amount that I paid extra in connection with the transactions going from Euro to CYN. An amount equal to approx. 5 euros / transaction, a total of 25 euros.
    Since I have won some money at the casino in the past, they do not think they owe me anything, just as they threaten to make a chargeback on the amounts won if I ask my bank to make a chargeback on the related transactions to China. I have asked the casino to contact my card provider and bank to tell them their views on the matter, but neither will the casino. It has to be said that my card provider has encouraged me to ask for a chargeback on the transactions as they believe they are illegal.

    The easiest thing would be if the casino just reimbursed the transactions that have been illegally taken to an undisclosed location in China, but they refuse.

    What to do in such a situation? The casino doesn't think I should do anything and just accept what has happened while my card provider thinks I should ask the bank for a chargeback of all 5 transactions that have gone to China.
    Is it really legal for a casino to threaten their customers to take their winnings if customers complain about illegal transactions being made to the casino?

  • It is simply a lie when you write that I have closed all my accounts at Direx network casinos due to charge back! How do you know that I have accounts at other direx casinos? I've always been told that you had nothing to do with each other besides being on the same network. Do you share user information with each other? It is clearly a violation of the GDPR law. Furthermore, you do not fully answer the question of your license. You are NOT allowed to offer games to Danish players! This requires a Danish casino license, which neither you nor your Curacao license contains. What you do is illegal!     You are breaking the law, both with license and with GDPR, and at the same time you refuse to pay the 25 euros I paid extra to use an illegal gateway!

    It's easy for you to just say it was a mistake when you didn't want to prove it or call my bank and tell them about it. I think they would like to know how that can happen! In my opinion, it is clear that you are trying to bypass the Danish license and I thereby, without knowing it, have played illegally at your casino.

    - why do you not want to explain the case to my bank?

    - what makes you think its ok to brake danish law and simply ignorre the fact, that you need a danish license to have danish customers?

    - why do you think its ok, that I pay 25 euro you extra for fees?

    - why do you ignorre the fact, that your japanerse gateway ate related to bitcoin scam as my cardprovider told me?

     

    - how do you know anything about my accounts on other direx sites? Do you know anything about gdpr, or do your casino simply ignorre all laws?
