I have complaint against new casino WildJackpots Casino.
So yesterday i sign up here ,which i got personal email from WildJackpots Afilattie site with a banner ,if i sign up i will get 12 euros free chip,I will provide the banner and the email i got .
I did opened my account and right away talk to chat ,which she refused to give me the 12 euro free chip and instead of that offered me deposit bonus first and then after she talked to her manager she offered me 20 free spins on Jurassic slot ,which i refused,when i asked why i cant get that bonus the chat told me there is NOTHING FREE AVAILABLE????
What does it means and also told me that depends of the account so they will give the bonus or not
How can depend on account ?? should i have some special account ,its brand new account

When i asked to talk to their manager i was told that she was not available for chat talks or not in the mood,still dont understand.At the end i asked for transcript of the chat ,which was not send to my email address.The question is why you are offering something ,that you are not giving ,to players,so practically you are lying to your customers ,you offer something but you dont honor it
