    Hi i recently joined with GreenSpin after getting a win i had decided to make withdrawl of 2 separate payments of $1500 via a bank transfer , your website states that they do fast withdrawls it took over 24 hours for you guys to look at it just to discard and put it back to my casino balance , I am sure i havent filled in any banking details wrong because i have done this many times for different casinos? can you please help me as chat support is not very helpful and always say the same things over and over without a direct answer.

  • They have now cancelled my withdrawl and after asking on live chat what the issue was they said i didnt choose ''International Bank Transfer''  which is bizarre because when i clicked on it again a different Bank Transfer option came up for me which also stated 7.5% fee , prior to this i asked a person on live chat if they charge bank transfer fees and they said no they do not charge anything which is interesting

    It's probably because of the New Year holidays most of the casino staff was on holiday. However, we'll notify the casino rep.

  • greencasino.bet does not pay. The casino is delaying payments. There is no clear indication of the withdrawal in the rules. After 2 days, they requested verification via Skype. Nobody sent letters to the email, I learned this information from the operator. It is impossible to agree on the time of the call. I say call now - they receive information, no one calls. I do not recommend the casino to play. Does not want to pay, is looking for reasons for non-payment

    I uploaded required documents for verification (ID, selfie photo with ID, bank account statement) on greenspin.bet on 23rd January, on the same day I received email from them, that they did not accept scanned documents. So I make a photo of ID from both sides and uploaded it again and also sent the copy of driver's license as a secondary document for verification. After few days I contacted live help on website and asked about documents that I sent, but I haven't received any response from them. Now I can't make deposit or withdrawal because the requests are always rejected.

    I deposited by Skrill Virtual Prepaid MasterCard. So I sent screenshot of this virtual card from my skrill account. I also sent a screenshot which shows the details of payment from that card to greenspin and screenshot of my account personal details.

    I hope so, but I sent them these documents even before you replied to me with the yesterday statement from Casino Rep where they said that I wasn't sent the Payment method proof. So they have these documents and they claim that these documents its for Skrill not for Credit Card payment. I don't know what else documents they want.  Its Skrill virtual card so its obvious that the proof of payment will be a screenshot of this card, payment details and account details from Skrill.

    I made a withdrawal request to this card today morning and it was rejected again.

    I checked with the compliance team and they updated me that you are missing just one document to get your account verified and that is Proof of payment ( Credit card in your case), please upload the document in both sides, leave visible 6 first digits and 4 last, cover the rest with a piece of letter, and also hide the 3 digit (CVV) with a piece of letter also.

    thank you for information. I understand that, but the card is not a physical card, it is a virtual card so it's impossible to take a photo of that card from both sides. The card is attached to my Skrill account. I already sent the screenshot of that card and screenshot of payment details. If that isn't a sufficient document to verify the payment is there any other option how to verify that payment?

    but i don't have available option to Skrill withdrawal in cashier. Skrill is listed there, but when I try to withdraw, there is a message "You can only withdraw using payment systems you made deposits with". So I have there only option to withdraw to card, crypto (bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin...) and a few others options.
