  • Hello yesterday i try to make an account with you and it wont work the really noce agents helpt me bit they dont het it eighter i can not compleet the registration becaus if i have tonselect male or female and i choose femele it jumps back to male and i can not compleet it also didnt recieve the email or sms code! And sorry welkom over hete

    Hi Saskia,

    I'm really sorry to hear about the issues that you have encountered. We will try our best to assist and help you out but unfortunately I have been unable to replicate the issue but we will continue to investigate.

    I know this is not ideal but are you able to register as a male and then we can change your gender afterwards to get you through the registration process, just DM me with your username. Failing that if you DM me with your details, perhaps I can create the account for you and then you can change your password on first initial login. Let me know what you think?

  • As a very satisfied player at GUTS Rizk and Cashmio I was excited to explore the new offering from the GiG / M.T Secure trade Heros, unfortunately I had initial sign up issues as well.

    After filling out entire registration form I hit the submit button, but it would just spin the loading circle and do nothing further, tried on multiple browsers and devices.

    Contacted chat who said they would escalate it and get back to me.. then I forgot about it because no reply was ever recieved.

    Noticed it again here on the forums and decided to give it the ol college try and managed to complete registration, so.. progress.

    A look around the site shows a combination of all the goodies, daily tourneys, wager free spins, tailored bonuses/rewards.. clicked deposit and sighed..

    No ecopayz.. my preferred tool for online gaming..keeps all my gaming transaction activity in one easy to track location and the only withdrawal option is bank transfer..

    I spent too many years with 48hr pending periods then 3-5 days for transfers, I'm very much an instant gratification fella when it comes to withdrawals these days (I jokingly gripe on every GUTS/Rizk review I've written that while amazing, not yet perfect because they still make me wait up to 4hrs sometimes.. 6 if they let the payment guys sleep...)

    I may still drop a deposit in just to check out the features, assuming my visa debit works (hit and miss with casino providers, though usually ok with GiG) but until more options are added, not yet a qualifier for regular play.

    Look at me, haven't spun a single spin and already an overly demanding customer with an inflated sense of entitlement, absolutely wish you all the best though.. looks like it has many of the "ooooh shiny!! " components we all know and love.
