Thank you so much. I did unlock the tournament but it was for wild hog luau but it did not enroll me. I don't know what I am doing wrong. 

I really want to like this play and play more but like other small casinos they play games with cash outs. First off I only deposit and withdraw via bitcoin only which is a positive for the casino and is safer for them so withdraws should not be delayed. Second of all I am a large depositor and better and already at another vip level with this place in a short amount of time. So I win 4K it says I can withdraw 2k a week which is honestly really small for a large better. But anyway, after a few business days I get email that deposit is approved for only 1k and they put other back into my playable account. Hmm so they are encouraging you to play back instead of just keeping it as a withdraw. I wrote casino about this and they state that they understand but all withdraws will be processed according to long wait times on their site. That is no way to treat a vip and if you want bigger play and bets you have to do things that are positive for the player. If they only allow me 1 k at a time and as long as it takes For that, I wouldn’t even get the small max withdraw in a week which is ridiculous. Anyway, okay casino for small bets, but if you bet large, deposit by btc, and win there are plenty of casinos that will pay instantly I have some that will pay upwards of 10k instantly via btc because they value my play. I think highway casino has a lot to learn if they want to stay in business and be competitive. Thanks

I have only received 1k thus far. Yes it is very small especially when they further break down the withdraw from 2k to 1k when I have deposited a lot of money and only use bitcoin. Thank you

As well, I've been informed by my colleagues that according to the Terms and Conditions of the website, the Player agrees that cashout may be split into smaller parts depending on the Player Class and corresponding cashout limit and paid via the chosen cashout method.

Thanks for your reply. Your terms and conditions are not big player friendly and thus I will be discontinuing my play as there are too many casinos out there to choose one that worries more about about terms than players 

I have been trying to withdraw from this casino for over 3 weeks.  I provided all the card documentation required, then days later I get a new demand for another card verification, so I do that.  Then they demand that I give them a screen shot of my coinbase account showing a fixed wallet address.  I provided them with 2 or three screen shots, along with the coinbase policy which is any wallet address given to a customer is good for the life of their coinbase account.

Dec. 8, 2021 I started this process to just be able to start a withdrawal.  Jan 1, 2022 I am still waiting for the withdrawal window to greet me with a working withdrawal button.  It says I still have not provided them with the documentation required. 

I told them today that they have finally made me mad and that I was going to let you guys know what they are doing.  I know that it is counter productive to engage with management, but, at this point I do not care at all what they do with the money.  My withdrawal was for a whopping, are you ready for this?...  $300.00  I am going to play it all off and never go back.   Keep the money, it isn't worth the headaches I have had to endure.   Be warned people, I hope my experience and loss is warning enough for you all to not lose your money there.  I would be happy to share my 14+ emails sent /exchanged with them over 3 plus weeks if it helps to show their approach to business.

as i can't make a review I post here 

well , i won at comicplay casino usd1500 on may 12

this morning i get an email saying usd250 has been approved , and they refund usd 1250 in my playable balance!

i understand that they split the payout but 250 is 1/5 on the total won

so how many time have I to wait to receive all the amount ? because i had to widraw again now and it seems pending days start again !!

I m really disappointed about this , I tought they pay the total on 2 or 3 times !!

By accepting the T&C, the Player agrees that a large amount of cashout may be split into smaller parts depending on the Player Class and corresponding cashout limit and paid via the chosen cashout method.

Our finance department reviews each payout individually, so there may be times when a payout can be divided into parts.

In this case, we decided to make an exception and this time we will approve the entire requested amount (now it is usd1250) within 2 days, including today.

so on May 25th I deposited $31 to Highway casino and I was only credited $28.91. What is that all about? 
next issue - I been trying to claim cashback on this bonus free lost deposit of $31 and I'm being denied cashback bonus after qualifying per T&C's. Chat reps are arrogant and rude.

Since you are lucky and have recently successfully withdrawn your winnings, you have reached the player class according to which the game is available only with own funds, no bonuses.

Please pay attention to section 12 of paragraph DEPOSIT METHODS where indicated: "It is important to know that merchants may charge an additional commission. The Casino is not responsible for this fee and does not profit from this money".

As a casino, we accrued the amount that we received and we did not withdraw commissions for the deposit for ourselves, therefore, unfortunately, we cannot return it as a physical bonus, since the player class does not allow this as a result of winnings.

So i signed up with Comicplay at the begining of June, i redeemed a welcome deposit bonus and i ended up rolling over the playthrough successfully and had $450 to show for my efforts. My biggest win ever, anywhere! I was super stoked. Payout took a couple days but since that they banned me from promotions! I didnt abuse the promotion or do anything that was abusive of the service. I asked for a reason why i couldnt use promos being that ive barely been registered on the site for 16 days! All they would do it repeat their right to not offer promos based on players account activity. If they dont want people to win off the promotions occasionally then they shouldnt even offer them in the 1st place. If i had used even 2 or 3 promos and won every time then sure i can see a reason to remove that option for me but the fact is, it was my 1st and only promotion used on the site and there was no established pattern of winning more then loosing. I wont be putting another dime into this place.
