    Our KYC department works from 10 am to 18 pm (GMT + 3), so tomorrow in the morning your documents will be checked and your request processed.
    As for the verification of documents in advance, we do not do such a procedure so as not to overload our KYC service. We only do this when requesting a withdrawal.

    We see that you used the no deposit bonus from lcb.org and you had a win :)
    You need to send a request to withdraw the winnings and then the KYC service will consider your documents for verification. Without withdrawing money  KYC doesn’t review documents for verification due to high workload.

    Although iWild Casino Rep initially did provide misinformation, they did cover their tracks with a step by step official statement on how to withdraw successfully. As noted:

    "Thus, you need:

    2. Submit a request for withdrawal of the entire amount at once (including the amount of your deposit).
    3. Follow the instructions and requests of KYC department to pass the verification procedure.
    4. Successfully receive the withdrawal of funds."

    Maybe an apology is due or a small compensation for providing false hope from the start. Either way we will contact Casino Rep and hopefully put an end to this complaint.
