First of all, allow me to thank you both for the assistance. Until this point in time, upon receipt of the email from Jeetcity, it has been a little frustrating, but it's great to be making progress.
I have carefully read the email provided and in truth I am very happy because this all may just come down to a misunderstanding. You have mentioned clause 3.5 which relates to the list of countries that are disallowed and you have correctly mentioned that the Identification I submitted was in fact linked to the United Kingdom.
Given that this is the reason that you feel I am in breach, I can explain. I was born in the United Kingdom, thus the UK passport. I emigrated to Australia back in December 2011 and have lived in Melbourne, Australia ever since with full citizenship. I would have sent a photo of my Australian driving licence but I am currently awaiting my replacement licence and I did not want to provide a copy of the driving licence as it expired last month. In fairness, the first document asked for on the JeetCity website mentioned a Passport or Driving Licence which I imagine is used more for facial recognition, record keeping etc. all the other documentation I provided was relevant to my residency in Australia. All payments I have made by way of deposit have all been made from the NAB bank, the National Australian Bank.
I do understand that these things need to be checked properly so I offer to do the following:
Provide a photograph of my newly received Australian Drivers Licence which clearly indicates my full address.
Provide all the banking details you require in case I missed anything in my uploads.
I am also happy to provide you with photos of my Australian Residency Visa which is a government document proving that I did indeed take up residency in Australia.
After checking terms and clause 3.5, you can perhaps understand my confusion as Australia is very much able to make full use of the Jeetcity website and is not mentioned on the list anywhere.
Also, I have done some research on the Jeetcity website under the "sessions history" section. Here I found and took screenshots of the device logged to play on the site, the IP address linked to my phone 175.37.141.202 is registered to Optus which is a communication company only based on Australia.
So, given that you believed I was in fact a current resident of the United Kingdom, it is truely gracious of you guys to offer me the refund you mentioned. But, as we have now established that I am not in breach, I have always made honest deposits, treated the Jeetcity staff with respect, are you able to please confirm that I should indeed be able to proceed with my withdrawal for the $6800.00AUD?
The $2263.23AUD that was also removed from my account I wanted to leave as balance on my account to continue playing with?
I understand that you will of course need to review this information, but I cannot tell you how relieved I am as a loyal customer that this was just a misunderstanding.
