  • Hi all i have a concerning issue indeed, I have been playing casino dingo for the last 4,5 weeks and was lucky enough to win a jackpot of about £900 so I decided after playing my account total down to about 1500$ I went to withdraw! I then sent in all my required documents to proceed with the process ! After about 2weeks I hadn’t heard a single thing that they recieved my documents or that my winnings were getting processe so I msged the 24/7 chat on the casino for them to rudely tell me I wasn’t getting my winning and that’s all she said! So I msged for about the next 4 days finally to get put through to management of casino dingo to find out that supposedly I had played a roulette (which I hadn’t 100% guarnteed ) so in doing so it has void my winnings which I new nothing of anyway! All they could do is replace my deposit I started with!!! I was told from management that if I was too look at my game history I would c for myself So my winnings are just taken for me not to c again over this!!! By the time I lefgt chat and Went to look at history the remaining 141$ I had in my account  was now pending and my history was empty! I didnt ask to withdraw my account money they just did why? I asked for my deposit back which I didn’t receive anyway! This is fraud in my eyes so please help me get my winnings

  • Thank you and was wondering did u advise them that my game history had also been deleted so I can’t see any gaming history!!! Because when  I spoke to management they assured me that I could prove it to myself in my gaming history that I defiantly had played a game of roulette! Why has it been deleted???

    I personally checked it, and what that happened to you was simply a MISTAKE.

    You got 35$ back as a refund  - your winnings you will get in the next few days - my guarantee!!

  • And if they say it’s because I void the game rules some how  by playing roulette (which I have never played) well then why is my gaming history deleted so I can’t see! The game history always remains that’s why it’s history correct Sydney?

  • Yes, you should be able to see your game history PADZY1, but since it was somehow deleted, the Casino Rep said that everything needed to be checked, which took some time. So, let's wait few more days as the Casino Rep has advised us that you will receive your winnings.

I am still waiting to recieve my winnings intact when I talk to chat it takes them that long to even find me in there account listings! When they do they tell me yes my winnings have been paid when I contact them 2 days later now they r saying I’m not receiving my winnings msg back tomorrow and they may give me a answer if they are going to even pay me now!
