won 16,000 on March 13, 2024, after filing complaint on another site they finally paid me $8100. My host, Peter said the next $3000 would be paid in installments every 14 day. Received 1st installment on March 7th and them have not received the 2nd one due on Mar 21st. Cannot reach anyone on toll free #, get same recording, about high call volume, they aren't able to help me. No response on chat, emails have been sent as well as text to 2 numbers for Peter. What's going on, has Kats and New Funclub closed (get same response when trying to reach New Funclub). Why has it been impossible to reach anyone. Damon, you and I have chatted many times, please answer me. This is no way to treat a customer. If I', ever able to collect this $3000, I have other winnings to collect. Won 12,000 on 3/13/2024. Ended up having to forgo my balance of $6000 in order to collect $6000. I got $3000 paid in 3 installments and was told by the host, Austin I'd have the 2nd $3000 within the week, that was several months ago. Started dealing with new hist, Alvin, because Austin was no longer there. Was given excuse after excuse and finally was told that when I had received all payments from Kats Casino (sister site) then I would be paid by New Funclub, promised by Alvin. Now I can't get in touch with anyone there. According to the web, both Kats and New Funclub has closed. Is that true or not? Can you help me get my money or am I out of luck, seemingly have dealt with fraudulent casinos?

so Victor my Old rep from Kate casino is calling me trying to give me a $3900 refund back because they went bankrupt? But he wants me to send $160 in bitcoin first as a fee? Is there anything anybody can tell me about this I greatly appreciate it you can email me at buddytheshepard@ iCloud.com

He got a little irritated because I wanted to verify this and I just won't blindly hand money over. so I'm thinking it's probably a fraud. Can anybody help?

The Kats Casino is closed. Our advice is to be careful and not make any verification deposits.
