    I saw KittyCat Casino is now on LCB. Welcome. I put in a $50 withdrawal from a NDB on February 5th, 2025, so over a year ago and it is still pending. I honestly forgot about it until I saw the casino name and, low and behold, still a pending withdrawal over a year later. Will I ever get that withdrawal?

    Also, could you please let us know if your account is verified? It’s possible that any pending funds could be related to verification status.

  • No, I tried emailing and the emails always bounced back and I remember I tried to ask LCB and they couldn't help at the time. Can't verify if no one talks to you. It's just interesting that they are finally talking to LCB when they had no customer service for the longest time. It's fine if it expired...I'm just curious why they left the withdrawal pending for over a year and never once spoke to me.

  • Hello, I had a problem with KittyCatCasino.
    I played at this casino a long time ago (over a year ago), and even then I had a bad experience with it. I even had to personally file a complaint (here: https://lcb.org/onlinecasinobonusforum/player-complaints/kittycatcasino-withdrawal-and-verification-delay), which was resolved. At that time, this casino wasn't listed on the LCB yet.
    Recently, after seeing that KittyCatCasino appeared on the LCB, and a support and complaint thread from a casino representative appeared on the forum, I decided to try playing there again.

    On April 11th, I made a $25 deposit at Kittycat Casino without using any bonuses. I played exclusively slots for quite a while, and finally decided to stop when my balance was $800. I created a withdrawal request for $800. After some time, I received an email from Kittycat Casino asking me to complete verification. I submitted the documents, and on April 12th, my withdrawal was processed. But instead of $800, I only received $125.
    After speaking with support, they informed me that their rules state: "The maximum amount that any player can cash out when a deposit is made is 5 times the deposit amount, whether the player redeemed any bonus or not on the deposit." This rule obviously wasn't in place at the casino before, because even judging by my previous complaint, it's clear that the last time I deposited $21, I withdrew $201.

    The rule limiting payouts for direct deposits is intentionally hidden in the bonus terms section, which misleads players and violates transparency. When I made deposits without a bonus, I didn't even check the bonus terms section (why bother if I'm playing without a bonus), and of course, there was no such information in the PAYOUTS section. I asked how they pay out jackpots in this case, but they didn't answer my question. I asked where my remaining $675 was—it's real money, not bonus money—and why don't I see it in my casino balance? I'd like to make a larger deposit, wager it, and try to withdraw the remainder, according to their rules. They replied that they withdrew my remaining funds, supposedly in accordance with their rules. When I asked them to provide me with this rule, they sent me this: "If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the bonus requirements, the remaining bonus amount and associated winnings may be forfeited." But as you can see, this rule applies to bonus money. And I played with my net deposit, without bonuses. And no one has ever provided me with another rule confirming their words (because it doesn't exist).

    Please note that the casino is applying a maximum withdrawal (max cashout) rule tied to the deposit.

    Your entire balance is generated from that specific $25 deposit. Because of that, they cap what can be withdrawn from those funds to a fixed multiple in this case, 5x (25*5=125). Any additional funds generated from that deposit are still considered tied to that same deposit, treated as non-withdrawable and removed once the withdrawal is processed.

    In this case, the casino is relying on their Terms and Conditions, which unfortunately limits our ability to intervene further. This does not necessarily mean that we agree with such practices, but the chances of achieving a different outcome are limited.

    Let me remind you that previously they were withdrawing more than 5x my deposit. I didn't receive any notifications about the updated rules when I logged into the casino or even by email.
    This rule (maximum withdrawal of 5x the deposit without a bonus) was intentionally placed in the "bonus rules and withdrawals" section. This rule is illegal in any jurisdiction under any license.

    These two rules together constitute a scheme that places the player in a losing situation from the start:
    "The maximum amount that any player can cash out when a deposit is made is 5 times the deposit amount, Whether the player redeemed any bonus or not on the deposit.
    The wagering requirement when depositing with a no bonus offer is 10 times the amount deposited on slots and/or video poker and/or table games."


    If their rules are applied, then depositing without a bonus, with a maximum winning limit of 5x the deposit and a wagering requirement of 10x the deposit (without the bonus!) before withdrawing.. Players are always at a disadvantage when playing with their own money, and such practices are not ok.

    Moreover, in this case, jackpot games become pointless, because a player who wins the jackpot won't be able to claim it, which is a violation. (By the way, I'm going to write to the providers represented at this casino about how their slots are being used to defraud regular players.)

    Such restrictions violate fair play rules.
    In this case, this casino should ideally be placed on the warning list. Or at least the review should indicate that the casino limits withdrawals from deposits without using bonuses. And you can only withdraw your deposit (without using bonuses) after wagering 10x the deposit, which violates the rules of fair play.

    And
    Your statement, "Any additional funds generated from that deposit are still considered tied to that same deposit, treated as non-withdrawable, and removed once the withdrawal is processed." is an assumption, because the casino rules don't provide any clarification on this matter.

    Ultimately, I'll have to spread the word to all gambling sites. I'll also have to contact all game providers so they stop working with this casino as soon as possible. I'm not going to let this get away with it. I won't let them just deceive me, I hope justice will prevail.

    Regarding your claim:

    • You deposited $25.
    • You completed the applicable wagering requirements.
    • As per our Terms and Conditions, the maximum cashout for this deposit is capped at 5x the deposit amount.
    • Therefore, the maximum payable amount is $125, which has already been processed and paid to you in full.

    Any remaining balance above this capped amount has been removed in accordance with our stated rules. These terms are clearly outlined in our Bonus and Withdrawal Policy and apply equally to all players.

    We take allegations of misconduct seriously. However, public statements that misrepresent our policies do not change the contractual agreement in place. We have fully met our obligations by paying the maximum allowable withdrawal under the agreed terms.

    This matter is now considered closed from our side.

  • So I played 60 free spin bonuses, the game selection was limited to certain approved games only but I found a decent on, ended up winning 396$ which covered the required play back to withdrawal also, after 2 days if trying to withdrawl the money I was told that I bet more then the allowed amount so the funds where not able to be withdrawn, I just used the max bet button in the game they approved me to play I was betting 2.50 a spin and only 2.00 a spin is allowed, they said my account would be credited the funds but I wouldn't be able to withdrawal anything won with it. I would have thought that if I was allowed to make the bet with a max bet button they provide in a game they approved then the bet should be honored.

    While using bonus funds, players may be subject to maximum bet restrictions. The maximum bet amount will be specified in the bonus terms.

    That being said, it's player's responsibility to oblige by rules and conditions in order to successfully meet all the bonus requirements.

  • I do not have intention to intervene the issue between the Kitty Cat casino and the customer. But I think your Terms & Conditions is very ridiculous. I've never seen at any online casino that allowed the maximum withdrawal only 5x of the deposit. Some casinos they even let you withdraw 10x using bonus. But this is pure deposit. I can't process what kind of business you tend to archive but I myself won't step in the casino with the terms like this.

    Anyway, the casino decision is respectful. I hope that you can make your customers happy with this.

    Of course, I disagree with this decision because the casino is using fraudulent tactics, hiding behind fraudulent rules. Their rules violate fair play policies, making this casino fraudulent.
    I'll show you two points from their rules that put the player in a losing position and are designed to prevent the player from withdrawing any profits, even if they manage to win:

    No reputable casino will set a 10x wagering requirement on a player's deposit without a bonus (just clear deposit). Furthermore, the casino limits player winnings to 5x their net deposit (without bonuses). This is a scam casino designed to deprive players of a chance to win.

    Therefore, I would like to reopen the complaint and accuse the casino of using unfair rules.

    The casino's use of these rules should be stated in the Kittycat Casino review. They should also be added to their warning list or even blacklisted.
