    We understand your frustration and want to assure you that LCB never resolves complaints "in favor" of either the casino or the player. Our role is strictly neutral, we mediate between both parties and present all information provided to us as transparently as possible.

    As mentioned earlier, we have already reached out to the casino representative requesting the specific details you outlined (full gameplay and transaction logs, proof of refund, and a documented reason for account closure). Unfortunately, despite follow-ups, we have not received any further response from them.

    Without additional feedback or evidence from the casino’s side, we are limited in what we can do to move the complaint forward. However, if we receive any new information or documentation from the casino, we will immediately reopen the complaint and update you.

  • I want to ask you something here so all people can see,why 1redcasino care about a review on Trustpilot platform and they answered quickly but with a false statement of course, and why they don't answer here towards you're team pressure? If they don't care about they're position here you're supervisor should mark them as scam or lower they're casino rank to scam level!

  • If they refuse collaboration you're forum should mark them as not reliable,scam or against players. If you're forum repetately contacted the casino and the casino failed to answer means they have something to hide or they are scammers! Why you're department doesn't Mark this as a non reliable casino or scam?
