  • For the first time playing at this casino and probably for the last one… I started playing here in the end of summer, From my first deposit I have won 2 500 EUR. This is ofcourse a huge luck but then i had to deal with the verification and it was just impossible for me. I work in the hospital and my working schedule is quite unstable. This is why I had to contact casino about transferring the time of skype a couple of times. I asked the casino to give me their skype details because of this, so I could reach them as soon as i had time. I don't know why but they did not respond to this. They set the final date for me by which I had to make the video chat but there was no possibility for me to make it. I wrote them about this but they would not reply. As I already mentioned I am very much dependant upon the calls from my patients. This is why it is hard for me to make plans on weekdays... I would like to get the chance to verify my account. The casino should consider the circumstances that I work in...

  • I've been having lots of issues with your verification in LSbet. Fist of all, I had to ask everything via live chat because the email where I sent my documents never even replied. And you kept asking me for documents and documents, and now a Skype video call. I've already had a bad experience with a casino asking me to do this type of call: they never called.     I'm worried about slottojam casino..I was offered free spins to try casino, I never played there and I never received any free bonus offer either I just had an open account with them.. 

    I decided to accept the free spins and managed to win 50USD which is the maximum withdrawal allowed..

    I made a cryptocurrency withdrawal request and within hours I received an email saying that it was necessary to send some documents and make a $20 deposit and bet 2x .. I considered this within the normal range

    I deposited $20, sent the documents and the next day I got in touch with agent Renato by live help to find out when my withdrawal would be processed, he said that everything was fine and it was only necessary to wait 24 hours for withdrawal to be processed

    today I contacted them again and to my surprise the attendant said that the casino did not process payments for any type of cryptocurrency or digital wallet.... the strangest thing is that all these options are available in my account to be used according to the image that sent here...
