hi Rio, I believe cheetahwind asked how you pay progressive JPs wins.

Is it in one lump sum, or in monthly installments?

All winnings can be withdraw up to 9000 GBP per month (like many others playtech casinos)

One more question Rio,

given that progressive JPs are paid out from Playtech's pool ( meaning your or any other playtech powered casino is not giving your/their money ), would not it be normal that such JPs should be paid in one lump sum, by Playtech through you ( since they would send the money to you )?

Because in case of huge JP win, it would take years if not decades for player to be paid given the low monthly installments...

This is called magic red casino, but the software you download is winner casino. Even on the magic red website it says "Click here to begin downloading our free Winner Casino software" and all images are of winner casino.

What is that all about?

Also you said above that the reason you only pay out a certain amount from JP Progressive wins is because that is how playtech works. But each playtech casino seems to have different levels of what they pay each month. So surely they choose what to pay out each month? Is it not just a ploy to keep any interest on gained from a large amount?
I think this should be looked deeply into, because it seems quite apparent that the rules are what ever casinos say they are. Always in their favor. I wouldn't be surprised if this became a big issue in this industry.
