    Hello LCB team,

    I am submitting a formal complaint against MELBET for unjustly freezing my account for over 75 days, then closing it without legal justification and confiscating $10,600 in legitimate winnings.

    My username is Abdelilah, and my MELBET account ID is 1***. The email linked to my account is lm****

    At the time of closure, my total account balance was $19,400, consisting of around $8,800 in original deposits (made through an official MELBET agent in Morocco), and approximately $10,600 in profits earned through regular sports betting.

    I fully complied with MELBET’s verification procedures, including:
        •    Submitting all requested KYC documents.
        •    Completing two video interviews, the second lasting over 35 minutes, where I answered more than 30 detailed questions about my identity, betting activity, and account history.

    Despite my full cooperation, my account was frozen for over 75 days with no clear explanation. Then, MELBET abruptly closed my account, vaguely claiming a “terms violation” — without providing any evidence or specifying what rule I supposedly broke.

    Even worse, they allowed me to withdraw only my original deposit while confiscating all of my winnings ($10,600) without legal basis or appeal process.

    I have already filed complaints on other websites. I now turn to LCB to kindly request your help in escalating this case.

    MELBET’s actions are unethical, non-transparent, and a direct violation of player rights. I respectfully request your assistance in pressuring the operator to return my confiscated winnings and to hold them accountable for their unjust behavior.

    Let’s be clear:

    I have recently received MELBET’s response claiming that my case has been “reviewed and concluded” based on their Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately, this reply demonstrates a clear disregard for my rights as a player and a deliberate attempt to ignore the core of the complaint.

     

    ⚠️ To this day, MELBET has failed to provide:

     

    • A public explanation for the confiscation of over $10,600 in legitimate winnings.
    • Any reference to specific terms or rules they claim were violated.
    • Any evidence or justification supporting their actions.

     

     

    What they have provided is vague language with no legal or factual basis — and it cannot be accepted as a resolution.

     

    📣 Refunding the initial deposit does not absolve them of responsibility for seizing my profits. It is simply an attempt to avoid accountability. These actions represent a serious breach of player rights and undermine trust in the platform.

     

    🔴 Therefore, I respectfully request that LCB, as a neutral mediator:

     

    1. Refuse to consider this complaint resolved unless MELBET provides a clear, public response backed by evidence and specific terms.
    2. Take appropriate action against MELBET for consistently ignoring the player’s right to transparency and fairness.
    3. Acknowledge that this behavior seriously harms the credibility of all intermediary platforms, including LCB itself.

     

     

    I am a fully verified player who complied with every KYC request, including multiple video interviews. Despite this, my account was unjustly closed, and my winnings were confiscated without a single valid explanation.

     

    I remain firm in my demand for the full return of my legitimate balance and will not accept this complaint being closed until the full truth is exposed.
