I just got this response on online chat with customer service rep named Caro

"Yes, I've just checked your account. The game is over because you are limited since you have never deposited on the casino. When you deposit you can continue to play and you can withdraw all your winnings at the end of the game."

This seems really like bad treatment to me at this point...obviously. So that's that perhaps with this casino...It was a no deposit offer with terms and conditions that didn't include a deposit

I never heard back from the casino about this issue. It was blatant player abuse, in my opinion. Luring a player in with a no deposit offer only to require a deposit, in order for said player to continue a winning streak with said "no deposit" offer. So called no deposit offer actually. Is this casino still in business? I haven't been so active with LCB for a while, but now am begining to participate a bit more and am curious about this issue and my complaint. The experience soured my trust in no deposit offers and I started to stick more with tried and true gaming providers afterwards. Just curious now.

Your response is 6 months late, Ema no longer works at LCB. You needed to keep us updated on whether your issue had been fixed or not. If we dont hear from you we assume all is well.

We unfortunately never heard back from the rep after Ema had tried several times to contact them. We have added a warning because the rep is unresponsive and there have been claims of non payments by affiliates.

Glad to hear you are becoming more active on the site, I'm sure you are enjoying our LCB reward system:)
